2014 candlelight processional

We want to get out money's worth of the 2 meal credit. We will be dining on DXDP so it will work out great. What would everyone recommend to eat at? It will be our first Candlelight Processional. A few people in our group don't want anything from China,Japan, or Morrocco. Also, what show is the best to go to?

Ooooo, Japan has the Hibachi style grill at Teppan Edo... very good. I highly recommend that one.

Other recommendations are La Hacienda de San Angel Inn or Le Cellier or Les Chefs de France.

I don't think Le Cellier will be an option for the CP package. It hasn't been in the past because it is already a 2 credit / signature restaurant.

Oh I thought I read where it will be offered. Oh well. Time will tell. I wish they would hurry up. Really aggravating they don't offer these packages earlier.

Tappan Edo sounds VERY GOOD!:) We love hibachi!

Is the steak hibachi is VERY GOOD?

Don't understand either if other packages are set for December, why are these packages not released till July? :worried:

Looking forward to booking!:)

A cast member told me it CP dinner packages would probably be available next month. I'm wondering if anyone has any insider information on the release dates.

So we can't book the restaurants first and switch it to a cp package ? Even if it's on the allocated time frame for a specific show?

No, the package must be booked specifically. You can't change a regular ADR to the package.

yes. please remember you CANNOT take any ADR you've made and "revise" it to be the CP package. So for those of you who are getting ADRs at one location to ensure you get that location for your CP, it doesn't work that way. I verified with Disney dining. CP package is a stand alone; you won't necessarily get the spot just because you put a regular ADR there.

This is NOT a list for 2014... Nov 26, 2014 is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving
not the day after- this article keeps showing up but it's old.
Rumor has it that CP Dining Packages will start booking on July 7th.... Hopefully narrators will be announced before that.

Thanks . . . I just realized that. My DW sent me the info, and it was not dated. I updated the post. Wishful thinking, I guess!

Great news. Do you remember the source/website? This will be our 1st CP & Holidays @ WDW. Thanks!

Yes, they usually announce the narrators right before they sell the packages. So once you see the current announcement for this year, expect for packages to follow shortly after. Someone always has the insider information here, though. Last year they said they would start selling July 9th, and sure enough that morning, they were on sale. Same in years prior.

Can't wait to HEAR! Not only is this our FIRST time at WDW seeing the Holiday Decorations, FIRST time at Candelight Processional Show and Dinner!
CAN'T WAIT!:santa:

How about you?

Where did you dine? My top 2 preferences are Les Chef de France and Teppan Edo...Never eaten at either, so will be fun!:goodvibes

That is exactly why I'm hoping we land 1 of them.
