2013 Sept trip

We finished up with some more shopping at DTD and came back to POR. Up and getting ready for our ADR at Princess Storybook breaky in Norway.

We had our ADR at Akershus this morning for 9:45 and had pictures done right away with Belle. Seated very quickly and within minutes we had our first of three Princess parades. We had SnowWhite, Ariel, Cinderella and sort of Aurora. I say sort of because she was about 5'2" and made me wonder if she was old enough to order chocolate milk at an all ages club. Food was good as always. SnowWhite (my DW) loves the potatoes. Server Daniel B. Was very attentive and really made my youngest DD feel like a princess (she was dressed as Cinderella). She got a cupcake for her birthday and a card from all the princesses. We then proceeded to our fast pass for Mission Space only to find out our youngest DD Who is 44" as of last weeks doctors appt. is not tall enough for the 44" ride. So I sat out with her and SnowWhite, DD 16 and DS 10 rode half throttle. Then DS and I rode after. Immediately after headed to Test Track for FP# 2. Pretty much just a tron'd up version of the old ride. Headed to Soaring for FP# 3 and awesome as always. Did Nemo and friends and Turtle Talk with Crush. Got pics with Chip and Dale and then hit Teppan Edo for our ADR at 3:20. All I can say is wow! This is one of my new favorites! We checked in and less than 10 seconds later our beeper went off. After being seated at our table (shared with a couple from Columbia) we washed our hands and had our drink orders taken. Our Chef was quite the comedian and definitely talented. I had the steak and chicken. Cooked to perfection! Great noodles and veggies as well. Yes I ate with the chopsticks. Afterwards we visited the Japanese shop and my 2 daughters picked pearls. Both got bigger than average size and had them made into pendants. We rode the 3 Cabellaros ride in Mexico and Spaceship Earth. We are now back at POR. Picked up some packages and filled our mugs. Magic Kingdom again tomorrow! I hope you are enjoying these updates.

Went to MK for early magic hour this morn. 2 youngest and rode Buzz twice and TTA while SnowWhite and DD16 rode SM twice and Buzz once. We all went to Dumbo and then took WDW Express to Frontierland to ride BTM. Ate lunch at BOG, very cool place! We will want to go there again. We did Princess meet and greet with SnowWhite and Rapunzel. Did Philharmagic, HM and did Buzz again (FP+) and Laugh Floor. Just came back to POR for swim and rest before Ohana dinner.

We're staying at POR right now also. And we were at EPCOT yesterday. May have passed each other and not even known it. Having a great time in spite of the rain. But what a great day today has been. Sounds like you're having a great time. Enjoy.

Lol. There have been a few Canadians we've run into on this trip. We are currently at Ohana with friends for dinner. We were very disappointed to hear that they have cancelled the entertainment. No hula lessons, no coconut races and no serenades. Apparently they are testing just simple dining experiences right now. We are building 18. Back here to Ohana for breaky tomorrow morning. We had a wonderful Ohana breaky with Stitch, Lilo, MM and Pluto. Good food and fun environment! We went off property to the Orlando Premium Outlets and did some shopping there. Now back at POR. We paid off our room charges and found an extra charge that got put in. Luckily the CM even thought it was fishy and took it off immediately. Just getting ready for MNSSHP. We have one Minnie Mouse, Perry, Jessie, Grumpy and a mom. Looking forward to lots of fun and Hallowishes.

We went to party this past Tuesday. Weather great all day and rain came just before the parade. Saw the parade but no headless horseman. Glad the weather cleared for the rest of the party for you. Hope you're having a great time.

The parade finally happened and no headless horseman but was still fun. Hallowishes ended up being late as well. Lots of candy was collected! Just didn't seem to have time to ride any rides. Today we are at studios and have done ToT, TSM, One Mans Dream and now at 50's Prime for ADR.

We had a very nice But filling meal at 50's. I recommend the sampler meal can I just say mmmmmmmmmm. After our ADR we rode Star Tours, muppets, RR, B&B and VOTLM. We are now back at POR for some rest. We will be heading out shortly for either Epcot or DS again. Decisions, decisions.......

We were in DHS today also, we just got back from Epcot we had ADR for Rose and Crown the crowds are all over the WS but still the atmosphere is so unique...

We decided to do DTD instead last night and had dinner at WPE. Did some shopping of course as well. Came back to POR did some laundry and spent 45 min at front desk trying to get back 4 TS credits that disappeared. Finally got it figured out and the credits were returned. Watch your credits! This is the 2nd mistake we've had. Just getting ready for AK this morning.

We have been at AK since 9:30. We have done EE, KS, TTBAB, and are at our ADR at Yak and Yeti. Having a hot but fun day so far. Weather is perfect! Food is amazing as well. Maybe hop back to the studios tonight!
