2013 rates??

I know the 2013 rates came out this week. I tried to book a Dec. 2013 trip online and it says no rooms are available. That can not be possible yet.

Is Dec. 2013 not loaded yet? When will it open for booking?

Even though the rates are out I'm pretty sure you can only book 499 days out. So depending on when in December you want to book you would have to wait until later in July or early August.
