2013 Free DDP Promo?

I was wondering if anyone had heard or had an idea of when the promo for the free DDP for 2013 was coming out? This saves a ton of money for my trip planning and I try to book my vacation in those time frames. If anyone has any info could they please share? Thanks

As of now, there have been no general public offers for free dining that include any dates in 2013 (other than the one offered to residents of Great Britain). The free dining offers that have already been out include bouncebacks and PIN codes, but no general public offers.

For the last 2 years there has been a general public offer that included dates in January and February, but not this year. There is a rumor going around (right now it's just a rumor) that there will be one for September as usual - but the rumor says it will be quick service only and not available at value resorts at all.
