I'm so glad someone started this! I was sitting at my desk earlier today thinking, "Heck, I just want to hear something about ANY 2013 discounts at this point. I don't even care if they are for my dates!"

Come on Disney, throw us a bone PLEASE!!!

I was told last week that it would be October before room discounts are released for the last part of December and early January.

I was on the phone booking our April trip and the CM said it would be a while before 2013 discounts come out. If my WDW memory serves me, October is ususlly when the Feb - Thru April discounts come out.

We booked POR at the AAA rate 10% off room only (preferred), which I'm fine with, but hope a better one comes up. I'm wishing for 30%, but would be very happy with 20%.

They've already released all the discounts for last part of December.

The only GP discount out for December is free dining. There isn't any room discount out for December yet...if there is going to be one.

When I was pricing out April a while back, the "chat with an agent" box popped up and I asked about discounts. The response was to start looking in December. I'm sure the agent didn't have anything concrete at this point, but December of 2011 is when the room discount that we applied to this April was released.

not normally a discounted season. everyone is out of school on summer vacation. resorts are normally pretty full thus NO discounts or fd...

This past July the discount was as follows:

6/15/12-8/14/12 5%-25% off general public room-only rates (also bookable as package) Release date: 4/2/12 Book by: 6/14/12.

I am looking at July 2013 too!

Disney had a great quarter financially, hope this doesn't affect discounts for the future.

I'm assuming that since their current 'offer' expires on 8/14, they won't be so quick to post a new discount once that one comes off their page. I keep checking daily though in case it does.

Room only discounts for Jan/Feb, 2012 came out on 10/5/11. No idea about FD. I'm hoping for room only for the same period in 2013.

FD for Jan/Feb/Mar 2012 became available on Aug 3, 2011, but the 3rd has come and gone and no FD.

We want to take a trip with the extended family this fall and stay on property, but the only way that is going to work is with FD.

Dsis and I want to run the ToT 10-Miler on the trip; we'll have to commit to the race in February or March, so it's a gamble at this point!

C'mon, Fall FD!
