2013 Dining Plan question

Hi all! Starting to make plans for 2013 trip... A bit early but with 3 families going, this is going to take some work.

I was taking a look at the 2013 dining plan - and it seems that A LOT of the Epcot restaurants in the World Showcase are not listed. I was specifically looking for the Italy restaurants and the Mexico restaurants.

I can't imagine this is just a typo - but it is a big change from 2012. Anybody have any idea what is going on?

It's not to early because we are going in January and we can start making reservations on Sunday.

That is normal, with past experiences, they do not finalize their "dining plan" accepted here contracts until almost the end of the year. The restraunts aren't actually owned by Disney themselves per say. The same actually goes for Downtown Disney Restraunts.
