I'm curious - what site is everyone using to try to access these ressies?

I have tried to go through the dining page and WDW's page. I get to the CP page, click on dining packages, and it just keeps telling me there was a server error. I don't even get the spinning?

I have a 5:15 for Christmas eve, and the confirmation FINALLY did give me a show time 8:15). But, none of my reservations are loading :-( I'm going to keep my fingers crossed, because I didn't write down my confirmation number!

Is Le Cellier included and I just didn't get a reservation or is that not an option this year? Thanks! I was able to get on and get our reservation for Rose and Crown already!

No Le Cellier this year.

My reservation says the time of the show in parenthesis just like a few others have posted CAN- Via Napoli(5:00), 12:45 lunch.

wondering if those of you who have gotten ADR's can let the rest of know how you are doing it?

I go to the Holidays Around the World - Candlelight processional page, then hit 'make reservation'. It brings me to Server Error (which I have NEVER encountered before).

if I hit a certain restaurant that the page has listed, it just opens a new page with that restaurant. And you can't book it as the candlelight package.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

I got the confirmation page that I'm booked for 4:20 at Biergarten. But it didn't show the show time and I didn't get an email. No idea what time the show is for my 4:20 dinner. I can't get my dinner reservations part of My Disney Experience page to load. Instead, it keeps showing me FAST PASS + every once in a while when I refresh my reservations!!!!!!!

In the view that LauraLap posted, mine just says "Holidays Around the World - Candlelight Dinner Packages Chefs de France Dinner - 4:10 PM". No show time listed.

Totally professional, Disney.

OK - this site is crazy. I can't find my candlelight dinner package reservation (WHICH I KNOW I HAVE!) but I got a page that told me all about Fast Pass + and let me click a big green button to "Request Fast Pass +".


Very cool but I want to know what time my candlelight dinner package is!!

select just one restaurant, not all of them. it pops up a lot faster.

Got through really fast by calling Disney dining and got confiramtion that 4:45 reservation is for the 8:15 Candlelight Processional.

My earlier reservation (4:30) listed the show time in it (8:15) and had the CAN prefix. Changed to a different restaurant this morning at a different time and the reservation does NOT show the time and does NOT have the CAN prefix. I called at 7:00 and surprisingly got right through and they verified my 4:15 dinner reservation was the 6:45 showtime. I was originally going to say maybe only the 8:15 showtimes are appearing in the reservation details. but that doesn't appear to be the case. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Strange.

I also have a 4:20 reservation (12/24 at Teppan Edo) that didn't list a time in my confirmation. I called and the CM told me it was the 8:15 reservation. She was surprised, she thought it would be 6:45 but I guess on her screen it actually lists 8:15pm. I'm bummed, I'd prefer the 6:45, but I'll take it!!!

Also, I had 2 3:15pm Garden Grill CP Package reservations that were made on Glitch day for 2 different parties on 2 different days (one for friends, one for me). One of them had been cancelled and the other one was still good. I wanted to cancel both of them after I got better reservations so it didn't matter to me, but if you had a CP Garden Grill around 3:15 (it was the only option later on Glitch Day) I'd recommend confirming it!
