Regarding the partial Mousesavers narrators list, it shows Ashley Judd for 12/5-12/5. Does anyone know if this is supposed to be 12/4-12/5? The previous listing (TBA) is for 11/30-12/3........ Thanks for any clarification!

Last year there was one day (I think it was 12/5) that was a "media" showing and reservations were not available to the general public (part of me thinks it was just 1 of the 3 shows, but I'm old and can't remember for sure any more, lol).

And a general caution to everyone....the narrators and their dates will change multiple times between now and late November. If you have your heart set on one speaker I strongly suggest that you check the list occasionally (in other words, don't skip over any CP posts here as they may have an updated narrator list and you'll want to attempt to change your reservation. )

You are right, I forgot about that. It was just the 5pm showing I think.

11/29 is not on the list either, and that is the day CP traditionally starts. I hope it's just an oversight that those days are not on the list.

I emailed Mary at Mousesavers, she said Ashley Judd should be Dec. 4 and Dec. 5th and was correcting it on the website.

I'm not sure what Mouse Savers source is, but when I called WDW dining yesterday, they had absolutely no problem confirming it. The CM I spoke to read me the entire list of narrators and it matched the list that Mouse Savers had.

Wow... I wish I could say I was happy for those that got through during the glitch. But I have to admit I'm super jealous and a little angry that Disney would allow this to happen. Their IT people must seriously be operating with rubber bands and toothpicks back there. Really. LOL

I go away for a few days and come back to this.

I hope I still can get what I want on the 9th. Of course the CM I talked today claimed to know nothing about the "glitch" they had the other day and insisted that there were no reservations being made until the 9th.

could be that 11/29 is the week of thankgiving? in the past that date was always the week after thanksgiving.

Actually they've started the Friday after Thanksgiving for several years now.....2012 was November 23 with Geena Davis. This year, Disney's website says the Candlelight Processional goes from November 29 to December 30.....so that's starting the Friday after Thanksgiving.

Mousesavers is a reliable source but if their source didn't have every single day's narrators, then Mousesavers won't have them.

It's not unusual though for Disney to not have all the dates filled with narrators....contracts and all that you know. And the narrators tend to shift around dates a bit over the next several months.

I saw an article from the Orlando Sentinel that showed Frank Langella as the narrator for Dec 2. Works for me! I have loved him ever since seeing him as "Dracula" on Broadway. Now I just wait till July 9.

I have been reading this and it looks like some already have ADR's for CP. I saw that reservations were not opening up until July 9. So I got scared and called and they said they can not book anything until July 9th. They have no way of putting it in the computer. So how can you have this package booked? Just curious.

There was a glitch in the system Tuesday night/Wednesday morning that opened the site up for reservations. They closed it Wednesday morning. If you were lucky and got on, they are honoring those reservations.

When they uploaded the CP dining packages onto the computer, Disney messed up and made the page live for a short period of time.
