2013 BLT Nightly Point Increase -- No Offset?

We recently received our 2013 point charts in the mail. I'd always been under the impression that if DVD raised/decreased the nightly point rate for a particular type of room in a given season, they'd have to offset it with a corresponding decrease/increase. In other words, the number of points at a particular resort is "fixed."

I ask, because when I review the new 2013 point chart for BLT, I see increases in the following, but no decreases at all:

Adventure Season:
Studio - T - Fri-Sat +1 point
1 BD Villa - L - Sun-Thurs +1 point
2 BD Villa - T - Fri-Sat +1 point

Choice Season:
Studio - All Views - Sun-Thurs +1 point
2 BD Villa - S - Sun-Thurs +1 point
2 BD Villa - T - Sun-Thurs +1 point
2 BD Villa - T - Fri-Sat + 1 point

Dream Season:
Studio - T - Sun-Thurs + 1 point
Studio - L - Fri-Sat + 1 point
1 BD Villa - S - Sun-Thurs + 1 point
1 BD Villa - T - Sun-Thurs + 1 point
1 BD Villa - L - Fri-Sat + 1 point
2 BD Villa - T - Sun-Thurs + 1 point
2 BD Villa - L - Fri-Sat + 1 point
2 BD Villa - T - Fri-Sat + 1 point

Magic Season:
1 BD Villa - L - Sun-Thurs +1 point
1 BD Villa - T - Fri-Sat +1 point
2 BD Villa - T - Sun-Thurs +1 point
2 BD Villa - S/L/T - Fri-Sat +1 point in each of S/L/T

Premiere Season:
2 BD Villa - S/L - Sun-Thurs +1 point in each of S/L
2 BD Villa - T - Sun-Thurs +2 points
2 BD Villa - S - Fri-Sat +3 points
2 BD Villa - L - Fri-Sat +2 points

What am I not understanding/calculating correctly?

In 2013, DVCMC is reclassifying 10 vacation homes from Theme Park View to Standard View. Since these 10 vacation homes will cost less points per night, the difference has to be made up by raising the cost of bookings somewhere on the Point Chart.

Although BLT's costs for 2013 might be going up slightly across the board, the advantage is that there will be more Standard View villas for members to book.

Some of the rooms were moved out of a view category to a standard room category.
