We are staying at BC in September and we have 5 people (3A / 2C) so I know we will be given daybed priority. We also booked water view. I assume water view could include a quiet pool right? I really want to be on the 'back side' of the resort overlooking either SAB or ideally the lagoon but also prefer a full balcony (as it is my little place to escape when we are all in the room). So I'm wondering, given the limited # of full balconies, how likely we would be to get both requests (lagoon and full balcony)? I plan to add both to our room request but just want to be realistic about the chances.

I would list in order of priority. Or if balcony is really important, I may just have that as my request only. It sounds like you want full balcony, & lagoon view. Just keep it simple, and make sure you phone to have request(s) added to your reservation. Good luck.

What is your girls' school play and what are they auditioning for?

Yes, Pom Pom Zombies was the middle school show. It was perfect for this age group. It is a spoof of 1960's beach movies. The head cheerleader eats a hotdog with contaminated relish (actually, nuclear waste) and turns into a zombie. She bites the other cheerleaders and they become zombies, too. It is up to the nerds, beatniks and a tough girl gang to save the day. In the end, true love conquers all!

The songs are incredible and hilarious!

Our community theatre group is doing The Aristocats. Ben is Napoleon the Dog. Picture day was yesterday.

I don't know what to do with myself! I usually have the week leading up to this trip off, but this time am working right up until 3.5 hours before our flight!

If there is nothing at the Marketplace that tempts you (flatbread, sandwich, chowder, grab and go sushi or salad), and if you will have sufficient theme park admissions to enter a park (and usually adding on a day is just a few dollars), you could go into EPCOT very easily until 9- Fish and Chips is one option, the bakery in France has excellent sandwiches and I personally love the meals at the Tangierine cafe in Morocco.

DTD is an option, too, as you suggest and there are lots of great options over there.

I wouldn't be able to sleep either! Our 60 day was yesterday and god forbid I sleep in on a weekend! Instead my brain is going "oh 60 days - rise and shine"....15 minutes later "why am I up???"

My DD was in her school plays during Middle school and LOVED IT. She is now in her second year drama class in High School.............and can you imagine they DO NOT PUT on performances!!! I don't think they have a very energetic teacher.

My suggestion for your request is "Full balcony, please. If possible, view of lagoon or Stormalong Bay". I don't think specifying the type of room view is part of the online checkin, so if you are doing that, you still need to make sure this is noted on your reservation through CRO.

Marketplace- can the flatbreads be prepared without sauce?

Marketplace- price check on Oreo Bon-Bons- are they a snack credit?

I think someone asked if the bakery items at the Marketplace can be used for a dessert with a CS meal credit.

24 hours from now we will be on our way to 9 nights at the BC. It seems like it has taken years to get to this point and now it seems like things are happening too fast. I'm trying to make sure I don't forget anything and before we leave for what I am sure will be a wonderful trip I wanted to make sure to thank the people who helped make our vacation great.

Thank you everyone who took the time to answer all of the questions I have had. I feel like I have learned so much in the last year it amazes me. This thread has been one of the most educational and fun threads I have found on the Disboards. Just got home... at 12:30 last night... still in a fog. Don't want to get back to real life, but I must. Beach Club was wonderful. We had a great room (1579). It was on the first floor overlooking the sand volleyball court.

Will put together more cohesive thoughts on our week at BCR soon! What a vacation!
