So glad to hear! I know having a sick child can be maddening. Two years ago we had quite a scare with our now almost 4 year old, which we can (sort of) laugh about now - because there were some very darkly funny moments (which were compounded b/c it happened while we were rendered temporarily homeless due to power loss during the "snowmageddon" that hit ny area two years ago). Our family wishes yours a speedy and full recovery.

Hello all!

DH, myself and our 7 month old baby are heading to BCV on October 30th for 8 nights and I'm so excited!

This is our first time staying here and I have a few little questions. I'm sure they've all been answered before but I don't think I can read all the pages to find out, sorry!

* Are clothes drying racks available? I know there's a clothes dryer in the villa but I'd prefer not to dry all our clothes that way if possible, in case of shrinkage!

* Does anybody have a photo of the crib (pack & play) and / or high chairs available?

* Can you buy basic groceries like a loaf of bread, milk and fruit anywhere on BC / YC property? We don't plan on cooking much but it would be nice to at least make some toast in the mornings...

The Marketplace at BC has many grocery items! You should have no problem getting those basic items, though they are going to be much more pricey than if you would get them from a store off property.

Very excited, have booked 7 nights at the BC for last week of August!! Was originally going do a Poly stay, but with the construction going on, started looking elsewhere. Love the proximity to Epcot, we usually have our dinners there.

Let the planning begin!!

When we were there in August we brought our own inflatable noodles. Don't recall seeing anyone bringing anything larger than that. Honestly, there were a lot of tubes available floating around the lazy river at all times.

It's a slow day at work today! So I've managed to answer the Magic Band + survey Disney sent me! I had no negative things to say... I'm a MB convert!! I also checked my MDE page and found that my MB for Oct/Nov trip is currently being customized and preparing to ship!! This is very cool because while I was there on 9/18 I was disappointed in my color selection because the orange clashed with the Mickey bling that could be purchased to jazz up the band I wished I had picked the yellow, so knowing I have a trip coming and even though I was told (by the DVC Gods who I called) that I would not be receiving a new band I decided to go ahead and customize the one online that was showing as available to customize.... and today it says it is being customized and will ship shortly!!! More bling in my future!!!

Ok well I will leave it at this and continue to surf the net and play games at this place I call a job!!

You can bring a noodle but not a tube or raft. You should have no issues finding a tube in the pool. There will be tons of tubes floating around
