2012 Vacation Planning DVD

If you order the 2012 version of the DLR DVD there are all kinds of nice features, maps, etc. Just an FYI.

Mine came yesterday. Will watch this weekend. I was wondering how much new info would be in there and if it is worth watching (I would watch no matter what though, LOL). Sounds like I won't be disappointed. I love watching the park, even when I can't be there.

That is exciting- I just ordered one yesterday. We get one pretty much every year we are planning to go and they are mostly the same but we all love watching anyway

Yes to the first 3, and POTC updates. I'm not sure about the other ones without rewatching it.
The last time I watched it was right after reading the heated, recent DIS thread about singing on POTC. I started laughing because the hostess on the DVD says you can sing along to all your favorite Little Mermaid songs on the new ride.

I usually use a freinds address in CA and then get them to post it on.

I'm really surprised though, that they don't make it available as a D/L outside of the US. I'd be quite happy to download it.

Doesn't sound too bad. They don't update often and I hate to hear about what I've ridden as what's coming, or what's new being something I did 5 years ago.

When I first started watching, it actually seemed identical to last years, but was glad that it did start talking about newer things.

I didn't notice it say anything about the Silly Symphony swings, and it may have talked about POTC but I honestly don't remember.

I didn't notice anything about the princess M&G or new dining options. I only watched it once, so I may have missed a few things, though.
