Day 24 Epcot EMH - Sanaa - Polynesian
Back to normal service today meant an early start to reach Epcot for EMH. At rope drop, we headed to Soarin. I went on ahead to get fast passes and then re-joined Sue and Emma in the stand by line. It was more or less walk on, however on exiting the ride it was already showing 20-minute wait. We decided to have breakfast in Sunshine Seasons.
Nigel: Fruit Cup Yoghurt Energy Drink.
Sue: Cheese Danish Cinnamon Roll Hot Chocolate.
Emma: Breakfast Bounty.
We were into our Soarin FP window when we had finished breakfast and so we headed back to the ride. Next up was a short journey to The Land where we took the boat tour through Living with the Land.
Nemo was next and then onto Turtle Talk with Crush.
Just as we came outdoors we were met with a tremendous thunderstorm and managed to grab some shelter in the Art of Disney store.
The rain did not look like stopping for a while and so we decided to make a dash for Spaceship Earth.
The ride was walk on and we managed to do this twice in succession. The rain had eased by the time we had exited the ride and so we decided to have a look around Mouse Gear.
By now lunch was calling and so we headed back into Sunshine Seasons for lunch.
Nigel: Spicy Cashew Chicken with noodles Mickey Bar OJ.
Sue: Sweet n Sour Chicken Crème Brulee OJ.
Emma: Sweet n Sour Chicken Strawberry Shortcake Chocolate Milk.
On exiting the park, we called into the Camera Center where we managed to consolidate our ever-increasing collection of photo passes onto one card.
On returning to our room at OKW a phone message was waiting to inform us that a package I had ordered from Amazon earlier in the week, was waiting for collection from Conch Flats General Store.
