If you are going CL to CL then the IPO can make ADRs for both legs of your trip. (In fact, BW and YC/BC use the same IPO office, last I checked

Oh, how I wish our YC stay was CL but alas it is not. So do you think IPO can "back date" an ADR? Has this ever been done?

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer to your question but I have to tell you that THAT is then BEST opening line EVER for a question!

Me three! Well, depending on the definition of central NJ. I'm at the tippy top of Somerset County so according to many HS sports and music stuff we're central. Apologies to the -ness of the above statement.

Then we must be very close! I'm in Somerset County just a few miles from the Morris County border. I never know whether to say central or north Jersey here. I feel like either one I use is wrong to someone.

My second day back at work., I hear ya!! And I do have my Aug trip booked at YC

I think we are on the same vacation schedule Last night we hosted a business dinner (dh and I run a company here in US so we are lucky to work together) and somehow my iPhone got passed around, alas our january trip next year is growing, seems everyone was impressed with YC! Thankfully we enjoy our co-workers and associates so we are excited to have a big group!

And - we went to J. Gilberts, a great Steak restaurant here in McLean VA...and DH had memorized the ingredients for Sunken Treasure so three of the ladies (me included of course) were having Sunken Treasures!!!

Love you guys on this thread - im such a happy Sunken Treasure girl

Okay, then we're in the same town or neighboring towns. I know what you mean about how to describe it - North Jersey, in people's minds, is Bergen, Union, Essex...but central should be Mercer, Monmouth, etc. Wow, this must be fascinating reading to non-NJers. So, obligatory BC/YC topic:
If you were going to do one table service meal at BC/YC which restaurant would you choose? You can compare apples to oranges, if the best hamburger is better than the best lobster than the hamburger joint wins. Also, would you do dinner or lunch. I know this is subjective, but I love other peoples opinions!!!

I haven't stayed at the BC yet and haven't dined in the area. So far our only dining plans are at the parks with Liberty Tree Tavern, Biergarten, 50s Prime Time, Tusker House, and Be Our Guest as our ADRs so far. I'm thinking with DH being a beer lover we should try out the Brewpub on the Boardwalk though.

Big River Grille is pretty good, but if you want awesome food and really good beer, you should try Raglan Road at DTD.

What view category have you booked? I know there are rooms in both BC CL SV and BC CL GV that have some views of Illuminations.

Please let us know after your trip if your request was granted.

I just booked standard BC CL, but I asked that my main request be a large balcony, that's most important to me, bonus would be Illumination view, even though I know it's not guaranteed(

It is a quick moving thread, we ALL miss things from time to time. I am truly sorry if you felt picked on. :flower!

I also apologize for my reaction to your comment. I literally have the flu & maybe took your comment more emotional than I should have.

My family has one week & four days till we leave for BC & I was hit with the flu 3 days ago & so far no one else has it & I had the flu shot. So scary because I'm also running the Princess Half & need some more running in....

I hope your family heals quickly, at least you have a little more time to get better....Are you on Tamilflu?

We all had flu shots so not hit as bad as we could have. Daughter and BF hit last Thursday and on mend, now me & son. I went to dr. On antibiotics for sinus inf but hit with all the other symptoms now. No one else went to dr. So not tested everyone local has been getting this its either flu or really bad virus, either way it has to run its course. Had to miss work today can't spread this I work in maternity.

I'm in the middle of putting house on market( planning to list just before we kleave for Disney) so this is putting us behind schedule with all the little repairs we have to do... And behind on starting my Disney shopping/packing

Thanks for all the lovin and again, I'm sorry I don't have the answer to the IPO backdated ADR ressies question but I WILL tell you that when I was a little girl my Mom used to call me "Ninjy".

All I used to hear growing up was "Ninjy, go pack your bag for the Beach Club!" and "Ninjy, if you don't finish your 'Kitchen Sink' you can't have any dessert!". It was a rough life let me tell you. There was one advantage though.... When I used to hear "Ninjy, make me a Sunkin Treasure and would you please pour it in my refillable mug?", it gave me the idea to take the refillable mugs into the park with you so you could keep your park bought drinks cool in that insulated goodness that makes up those magical mugs.

Eventually I grew up and got married. Now all I hear from Dear husband is "Ninj, will you run over to Club Level (our kitchen at home) and get me a beer?" and "Ninj are we having bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer tonight?".

Apparently the Beach Club magic continues even when we grow up!

No special treatment for sure. It's really strange being there as a guest but the Princess loves SAB so basically it's a SAB vacation. Only time we'll head into the park will be for dinner.
