Mine are to enjoy every minute with my kids.. good and bad, time flies way to fast to sweat over the small stuff. Also to not look back and worry about the crap in the past.. it's done. I turn 50 this year and I resolve to live a healthier life. I want to live 50 more years and my bad eating habits of the past won't help with that goal.
1 random act of kindness per day.... this can be as small as not fussing about something I always fuss about or running an errand for someone.
