Has anybody recieved there 2010 taxes from DVC yet?

If you mean actual property taxes paid in 2010, it is on your annual dues statement for 2011 that you should have already received.

Just talked to Memer Services, statements are going out Friday, Jan. 28th

The statements going out in late Jan are for those with mortgages, to provide them with interest paid for the year. The property tax amount paid in 2010 was on the annual dues statement sent in late December. It is the bill you receive every year for annual dues. You get it even if you do automatic monthly withdrawal payment. If you did not get it call accounting particular because you have to pay that bill if you are not on monthly withdrawal.

You can also get how much property tax you paid in 2010 by going to your account at the official DVC site. After signing on, go to "My Membership" near top, drag down to "Annual Dues" and click, on next page go to about middle of page and click on "View and Print Statement."

Got my statements a good 3 weeks ago for taxes paid for this past year. Don't know the hold-up on yours...but you did the right thing talking directly to Member Services...they can verify if yours has gone out.

I did, and that is what they told me, & yes I do have it taken out of my account
