2010 points chart comment

I too was told that points never change in the sales presentation. I expected seasonal dates to narrow/change but never anticipated higher points. I bought what I needed and will buy no more only adjust to shorter trips or renting reservations and doing transfers.
Another comment is on RCI. Why are DVC members limited to only a portion of their rentals?

I was also told the same thing and I just repeated this to DH last week. Now I read there is a change. I have not read it yet but am just surprised.
