2010 Fall Dining for DVISA Is Out (See FIRST page)'

Well, I phoned to compare the "kids stay & play free" offer with what our TA has booked, and it's $200 cheaper.

Sure hoping for 40% of deluxe or FD though!

A little surprised that my TA has not sent me an e-mail saying she applied that to our stay. As she mentioned (when we first booked) any offers would be applied when they came out. Then again, she knows I was hoping for FD. Maybe there is something to it coming out in the next few days after all? She did say their agency knows 2-3 days ahead what the coming deal is so they would all be ready to work early.

Me too!!! I emailed mine on Tuesday and told her "I guess I'll apply the kids play and eat free since it'd save me SOMETHING" and I have not heard from her! This was after exchanging several emails with me debating on what to do. hmmmmm....

Ok, that's it's for me tonight. I can't stand it anymore. My eyes are buggin out my head from staring at this computer all day hoping for any shred of new news. Me too! My husband compared my Disney planning mania to my wedding planning mania years (and years) ago. He said that I'm not going to know what to do with all my extra time after the trip is over. Ladies, remember that feeling after the wedding was over???

My DH just said to me "I think you found yourself a new hobby." I guess I have been a bit obsessed lately! However, I am out for FD. Got a white rabbit last week and we just decided to upgrade to a Tower MK View at CR. So the 40% off is a better deal! (And now, I can sleep in tomorrow!)

Chase would not know about the codes for disney until the day of. Disney is giving the offer. To get the disney Visa code you have to use your dv card to put a deposit on the trip, if you have already not. Disney is who you call to add the code.
Just alked with my TA, she is hearing rumors but have not heard a word from Disney. I told her I'm getting alittle werry of the long wait for this possible offer. She is getting werry as well.. Well hopefully we will know in 10-12 hrs..

Okay, I'm a little confused.

We have booked our trip already using a Disney Visa, but we put down the $200 deposit only, not the full amount.

If they announce free dining, what do I do? Where would I find the code to call and add it if we have already made our deposit? I noticed when they extended the Kids Stay and Play Free promotion, on the Disney Visa website that I get to through Chase it only just updated the dates, while people here knew of the new dates for several days. I am just wondering if I am looking in the right place.

All of this excitement over free dining here is getting me nervous!

Edit - Hmm - actually it still has the old dates on the Kids promotion at this site: http://disneyrewards.disney.go.com/offers/wdwkidsfreedinemar10.html but I have seen it with the later dates also. So I'm not sure where the most up-to-date place to look is.

Well now that I've booked the kids stay, play & dine free I am officially done waiting for the free dining. If we all had free dining it would be great, but with that promotion alone I saved $600.00 so that is good enough for me.

However I hope for everyone else waiting for free dining, it happens soon!

GEE! Talk about efficient I would do it, if it'd guarantee free dining for me!

I can't read all 100 pages again tonight (although it would pass the time til morning )... I know it sounds like QSDP will be offered with the values, DDP with mods and deluxe. Will they let us upgrade QSDP to DDP? Do I have to do that when I make the reservation (in the morning ) or can I add on the upgrade for only the extra cost ($10/person/day) and not an additional charge for adding?
