I found the article. I can't copy and paste, because it is against disboard rule, I think. But basically it is just a rumor just like here. Starting date around Aug 15TH and ending date somewhere in late Sept to early Oct. It was heard that all levels of resorts may only get QSDP. Others are rumoring QS for values regular for others. No rumors reported of regular dining plan for all. I think it is all a wait and see.

I'm going to go out on a limb(again),and for the LAST time-Regular Free-Dining for ALL!!!!!! Disney would be stupid to "wean" at this particular time with all the job losses,slumping economy,less disposable income etc..... Although it really does'nt cost that much to upgrade fro QSDP,I still think they would be shooting themselves in the foot if they don't "give it up"!!! I also forgot to mention Harry Potter!

Funny you should ask.. this week - it's General Hospital -- Will Sonny go to jail to protect his son Michael in Claudia's death? Will Dante give his brother up to the prosecutor to testify against his father Sonny? And what IS Skye doing in town?

Actually, besides the citizens of Port Charles, Lynne and I have both been busy on the new MUG FAQ and the POOL FAQ threads posted on the main forum. Check 'em out.

The Aug/Sept to early Oct was the FULL dining plan at all resorts.. but the extensions past Oct 2 or 3 thru December were only QS at the values and full at the mods and deluxes.

Hence the confusion. And boy is it easy to confused with this stuff.

I must confess....I haven't watched GH since Luke and Laura were married.

I am getting so excited. The only bad thing is I'm driving to work at 7am EST.. Actually my DH is driving and I'm riding so I'll call then but it's not like being at home or work..
I was torn between 2 rooms at Pop or the Suite at ASMu but I've decided on 2 rooms and cross my fingers for connecting.. It's my DH, DD5, DD3, MIL, FIL and Myself going and DH and I can't share a full and both sleep so we're hoping one of the girls can share with MIL/FIL. DD7months is staying with my mom so we won't have a hot cranky baby..
I'm also considering upgrading but not sure on that yet. I figure I have time..
I think I'm going to book an extra day on the front end just in case airfare is much cheaper that day or if we end up driving..

No...Sonny won't go to jail for Claudia's death...the truth shall set them free...Dante won't turn in Micheal...Skye hmmm, that one I am stumped on(she has to be there to break someone's relationship...Jax/Carly, Luke/Tracey???
BTW...I want the old Micheal back...I don't care for this new one.

I do believe at some point(next year is very likely) they will do away with FD...but, I don't see them taking away the desert in 2011. They are offering the DDP in the UK with 2 snacks not one for 2011.

I wish they would just tell us what the promo is and say you can't get it till May 3rd. That way you know if you should book airfare and what ever else before the price goes up. One of the airlines I was looking to use for this trip, just up their prices for both date we were looking at.

I know how you feel.. I have been waiting for the fall promo, so I can book my airfare. I could'nt wait anymore as the prices kept rising. I just booked my airfare last week. I'm glad I did, because they went up again. If the fall promo doesn't come out with a good deal (FD), we are still going but we may have to downgrade or stay offsite( don't want to).

Can someone call the 'manager of disney' and tell them that is is vitaly important that we know WHEN and IF free dining is coming...because many people will be suffering from heart failure soon and we really would rather prevent such a horrible incident!
