Mousesavers just posted that disney extended kids stay and play free through 10/2.....does that mean no FD this fall?:confused3

When Disney offers promos for Disney Visa card holders. Do they allow you to book two rooms during the Disney Visa Card only time?

Answered just three posts up.

Does the change of date offer on the WDW site for free dining mean there will be no new public offer for late summer/fall?

The only people know the answer to that question work at Disney.. and they ain't saying cause they know they'll get fired if they do..

That said.. my spidey-sense says yes, FD will still be offered.. We'll know soon enough.

I could do without dessert. I just don't feel it is worth the money anymore without it. You get one CS meal and drink (no dessert), one TS entree and drink (no deseert) and a snack. I can easily buy that for not mucjh more than $41.99. I am not a most expensive thing on the nmenu type of person. It doesn't bother me to just buy my meals outright, so that is what I would do. Except for with free dining. That certainly makes it worth it. But this will likely be our only free dining trip, if it even happens this year.

When did they do away with the dessert? We were there this past month and still got it with both CS and TS meals.

They did not remove dessert. It is RUMORED they may get rid of it next year.

If/when this happens it will be marketed as Disney caring so much for the health of its guests. Oh, and if they don't increase the price or it stays around the same, they have that to market as well.

:rotfl:

:mic: I have a question? Has anyone been to Disney recently (the last couple of months) and booked or had a BB in their room? If so, what was it? Just curious!!!!:rolleyes1

My friend came back yesterday and this is what she was offered as a BB

I don't want to be Debbie Downer, and no one knows for sure, but this was just tweeted by mousemiser: "Ugg, with the WDW kids stay and play free now covering September dates, is this the end of free dining for 2010? I say yes. "

Not as though we didn't suspect that is a possibility. Or at least I expected it to be. But I am still giving it until Monday and technicaly, even if it came out in July, I could switch our reservation.

Did anyone notice that on the Disney website the offer for mods was Reduced down to 20%...maybe lots of people are booking? :confused3

The dh calls me from work as a co worker just booked and he asked if I could get a better rate than their call to Disney :lmao::lmao: too funny.....it s why I "think" I noticed a reduced discount now.....Hmmmm.... am I wrong

I really hope that is not what is going to be offered for the Fall. Hopefully they add something else to it that would be beneficial for me.

I'm with you. . . (Did you notice the end day of that promo is the same as the Book-by date. Isn't that a little odd?)

Does anyone think the Disney execs are getting a good laugh as they read the boards and we are all freaking out?? :lmao: I bet so! Not a very Disney thing to do, but funny if you think about it.
