Catherine, we have a regular CG reservation on 10/21 (with BIL,SIL and 2,4,5 y/o's and BIL's MIL)...Mary Ann and I will be pressing our noses up against the private dining room window...was told I couldn't abandon the family on their last night at Disney.

We got all three French Lunches and were in at the start! Our cast member knew what she was doing and all was right with the world! Worth the 4am wake-up!

My agent started off asking for a resort reservation number but got confused when I said I had three room reservations and one was at the Dolphin, not a Disney resort. I would have had to book everything in the order of which reservation came first rather than which event was most likely to sell out, so I asked that she not link any of the events to a resort reservation and she had to redo the screen. Got it all anyway though.

With all the posting of people in for the Taste, Shake & Indulge for 10/23 I'm thinking it should be sold out by now. That's the one we're doing too. I got in right at 7:00, well I had been redialing so I could get in the que right away. First booking was slow to start off but my CM booked all the ressies before charging my CC & giving the dress code, no refunds, etc. spiel. We've got:

10/23 - Taste, Shake & Indulge
10/24 - French Regional Lunch
10/28 - 3D Dessert
10/29 - French Regional Lunch
10/30 - Tequila Tasting

I see what I did wrong. Used the phone number from the brochure, instead of looking for a special F&W number I didn't know existed.

I also got through immediately to a clueless agent, then got disconnected in the middle of trying to explain that I wanted the F&W dinner at CA Grill, not the regular dinner. This was after searching for my reservation etc etc.

My DH got disconnected too. So after calling back and holding for 30 minutes, the CA Grill dinner was gone. Congrats to those of you that got it, I'm sure it will be fabulous!

We did get PFTS Wine View room on Oct. 23 and French Regional Lunch on Oct. 24.

The second agent was excellent. She had not heard of, and had no information on the Grape Getaway.

On the bright side, I can cancel our one night at SSR on the 20th, added yesterday. We would be moving BCV right away, but I wanted to make sure we were there in time for the dinner.

Got right through at 7 central time-maybe the rush was over-got Sweet Sundays for 11-7 and Celebrating Friends and Family in the Kitchen 11-5.

Got through and got the 2 events I wanted. 11/5 3d party. 11/6 PFTS.

My CM was making me very very nervous. Trying to link the reservations to my resort, she was saying the wrong address, wrong zip code. The whole thin was very not fun. She also told me the 3d party was sold out initially, of course it was not. Got my fingers crossed hoping she got things right.

Make that faces of 5 as DH and I will be at BWV, too. We plan to spend a lot of time walking to Epcot to eat our way around the kiosks.

You're brave. After reading about the last Signature Dining with Jens Dahlmann I chickened out and didn't book it. DH said he couldn't handle all the alcohol with the Taste, Shake and Indulge like the French right before PFTS so I didn't book that for him afterall. I liked the champagne French regional lunch last year, but Bordeaux wouldn't be a favorite for wine for either me or DH so we didn't book that, either. Will see you in the wine view room though on the 23rd!

Finally got thru, got Dinner at Wave 10/14 (FF was already full) got Taste, shake for 10/16 and PFTS with wine lounge for 10/16. Agent had no clue what Grape Getaways was, so decided to forego it because the other event were non cancellable/non refundable etc. Disney blew it here I must say. Boy when CM's don't even KNOW about an event that is NOT a good sign.

I don't think Grape is available to book - there's nothing about it anywhere.

I think they're going to release it through Tables in Wonderland. It's a big mistake to do it that way in my opinion but what do I know?

Maybe they just want this to be attended by the folks who can afford to purchase in their new multi-million dollar neighborhood... those folks who can afford to go on unlimited trips or those who have no problem booking all of these events today and then paying for Grape Getaway later. Sadly, we haven't found the sack of money buried in the back yard yet, but I'll keep looking...

Call back and got right through and this time the CM asked for our phone number first. Found us in the dining system and we made our one and only reservation for the 3D Dessert Discovery on 10/8, 7:00 PM. It's a mere $95.16 for 2 adults. Gulp!

Now if I only knew where it's located in Epcot. Hopefully this information will be in the guide when it comes out. Has anyone received an email confirmation their F&W reservations?

I was charged $124.++ for one French Regional lunch and when I questioned why they were adding gratuity since it states it is included, she said that's what her computer said. I don't understand why people are being charged different prices for that. It's the October 22 lunch.......I will try calling back later for a different agent.

the dessert discovery will be in the same venue where they hold party for the senseless ... it's tucked away behind some gates in-between Canada and England.
