2010 DVC Annual Meeting Report

We are getting ready to head over to the Contemporary for the DVC Annual Meeting. I will try to post updates from the meeting and a more detailed report when we return to our room this evening after dinner.

We just checked in and got our nametags. This year they offer to send minutes of the meeting to all - either by snail or email.

There are refreshments and a Disney Hawaiian History courtesy of D23. The meeting starts at 1.

Jim Lewis called the meeting to order at 1:05pm. The board was introduced ,the quorom was met and the budget was unanimously approved as sent to the members. This was an average increase of 2.3% for all resorts. The meeting was adjourned at 1:12 pm. Board members are Jim Lewis - Pres, Lawrence Smith - Treasurer, John McGowan - Secretary, Leigh Anne Neimann and Yvonne Chang.


The Members Meeting will begin at 1:30pm so we are in recess right now.
