I have an idea that I would like to run by you all.

Banana likes to swap, but she is a kid and can get a bit impatient but is always able to reason it out. Last night we went to a class and she asked when her yellow pages would be here and then answered her own question by saying, oh it got moved back to January. She asked about the other swaps and I told her I had just mailed them.
So this got me thinking.
Would anyone else be interested in a
"Kiddos Theme Of The Month Club"?
I was thinking that they could take the theme and do an element of their choice around that theme.
January-winter Feb-Valentines, maybe in the summer have a sticker club or Kids choice.
Maybe we could just use regular or padded envelopes so it wouldnt cost as much?
And we could host if it flys.

I could do the Pet Swap if we have one this year.

Do we have any other dates set yet other than MK and Prima? Where would I fund those?

Here is the calendar for 2009; it is the top sticky. It starts with December 2008, but just scroll down for the rest.

The kid swap sounds interesting. I like the idea of keeping the postage down by using envelopes.

Not sure where you would "fund" them. Where you would find them? Not sure on that either, but I loved the typo and had to comment. Couldn't pass it up because I sometimes wonder, myself, how I would fund some of these swaps.

Go to the 2008/9 calendar site, its towards the top of the list.
AWM does this really cool Sports and More type swap, last years was really big and most of these fine ladies played and are still using pages.
Also, have you checked out the swap gallery? Its awesome! Give it a look!

Yup, I am open to making them their own groups or including them in the backyard fun, hiking, camping, playground groups.
