2009 rack rates are out

The 2009 rack rates are out. It appears to be about a 3% increase over 2008 except on the main page AKV rack rate went from $265 in 2008 to $335. It may have something to do with the new building.

Looks like last year a value studio was $265, a standard studio was $325. Maybe they are not offering the value studio for cash?

Edit - I was able to pullup a value studio for Jan 4 for $269. A standard studio is $335. They specified Jambo House, so it looks like they will also split out Kidani.

I am so thankful that I have my points. After the increases last year, I really thought that 2009 would have a breather. I guess they will charge it as long as the people keep coming.
