Just got ours in South Carolina yesterday (6/10). Not sure the point of sending out a planner with 2009 point charts when most everyone in DVC plans for 2009 well before 2009 arrives, and most are already planning their 2010 trips. I was expecting to look inside and find the point charts for 2010.
Very poor job by DVC IMHO!!!!

We got ours in SC yesterday also.

I think it was a colossal waste of money at this point as we are already 6 months into 2009. As mentioned, most members already planned their vacations months ago. Our planner did have the 2010 point charts as an added insert in a pocket on the back cover, but those have been available online for months now.

It would have been much more cost effective to send out letters apologizing for the delays and directing folks to a website with the information contained in the planners. We are basically all paying for a paper weight at this point.

The 2010 chart is in there hidden in the back pocket behind the keep track of your points paper!!!!!!

FINALLY got ours today in Maryland....

Not sure it was worth the wait with the way they did it tho with the 2010 charts thrown in as an after thought. I mean, I'm glad to have something new to look at (the cover was falling off my old one...) but it does seem like they wasted a lot of trees and dues... They could've just sent out the little 2010 booklet by itself at this point....

ETA I wish they would provide 2010 point info. (dates) for the Club Intrawest & Passport Collections etc. too. They make planning much harder than it needs to be. For example, looking at the 2009 dates for the Zihuatanejo Resort in MX I was surprised to see the spring break dates flip flop between "standard" and "peak" rates. According to this chart, our spring break week this year was actually one of the "standard" weeks whereas I would've expected it to be "peak". I went to the website & the 2010 charts are on there but so why couldn't they have included them in the planner??? Why should we have to bounce between sources??
