2009 Package Rates For Vacation Club Resorts?

We are not vacation club members but I am trying to price a 2009 for one of the villas but every one of says it is "not available" for my dates in August. Are they booked already OR are they not accepting non-DVC reservations for them yet?

They are not accepting reservations for them yet. If that is someone's home resort, they can only book it 11 months out......
