2009 Maintenance Fees

When are the resort maintenance fees typically published for the coming year? This is our first year on DVC, so we were just wondering when we would know the new rate.

2009 Annual Dues should be available shortly after the annual meeting on 12/9/2008.

Annual budget estimates are sent to members' homes in mid-November. The cover letter on last year's mailing was dated November 14, 2007.

They normally begin to arrive before Thanksgiving.
