Did you purchase AKV Kidani? I noticed my SSR dues are listed, but not my AKV. I know AKV will be prorated since the dues don't start until May 2009 so maybe they won't post them until later.

is the estimated property tax from the year b4 (ie 2008) always a big difference in what it actually amount to be in the next year (ie 2009)? this will only be my second year at this and was wondering

especially since my total amout due (4 dues) is less than last year.

Disneycouple99: If your unit is at Kidani Village, you will not be billed until just before/after your occupancy date.

ACDSNY: It's odd that your AKV dues are not up. We own at AKV (Jambo House unit) and BLT and our BLT dues are on the website. They are not included in the due by statement section.

It goes something like this:
Yesterday, try to sign in but can't remember password, click and put in information, computer says name is not located. I try again, half hour later and frustrated walk away. I can't log in.

Today, call member services, he says hummm, yes you can't log in. We sign up all over again, then I log in and see my dues. Great, I have the money and ready to pay. Discussion with self about using Amex or Chase. I pick Chase. Go to find Chase card. Can't find Chase card, either one! I calm down and know that it is not lost just misplaced. Go online with Chase, request a new card, wait a few weeks for new card to arrive, then I will pay the dues.
