When was info on the 2008 DDP plan rolled out? I know we were there in October of 07 and I remember telling my family to enjoy the last hurrah....due to the new implementations coming in 2008.
Is it in August? End of July that we find out? I remember complaining about it last year, but I can't remember exactly when the news hit.
