What? You haven’t heard that all DISER’s are banned from Home Depot for stealing all of the lime green Mickey Mouse head paint chips from the paint department to tie onto park bags and carry around at Walt Disney World???


Actually, that is what DISER's are "supposed" to do in order to identify one another in the parks but I've never been brave enough to tote around the lime green head and I didn't notice anyone else doing it either on my last trip. I think that the paint chip color is Alien Green from the Disney line of paints-- can anyone verify? Everyone can always make a run to their local Home Depot for the paint chips.

Yes the Alien Green is the generally accepted color, but I personally like the Sonic Boom better.
As it is Christmas Day, I am sure we will be in our RED Shirts with the Christmas DISign we found on here....I'll look it up and edit in a moment.....

Other than trading photos before hand (privately by email if you prefer not to post publicly, although I have one of us in my pre trippie), holding up a DIS meet over here sign is all I can think of.

I just pictured that big flashing arrow from Beetlejuice and it cracked me up. That and the thought that we would like one of the tour groups, people would want to be us! They would follow us thinking we had special treatment or something. We would be celebs for a day!

I can't wait!!! There are pics of me on my PTR, too. So, I'll be sure to check out all of yours before leaving on the trip. I haven't quite convinced my DH that this is a neat thing to do, so we'll see if I can get him to join our exciting group of Christmas morning Disers gathering.

That's how I got started. I read so many PTRs from others, that I began doing one for our trip from last year. Now, I am on my second one, with a TR in between. They are so much fun to do, and doing it really helps with the excitement of the trip.

Sorry, I took the week off to paint and got myself into more than I can chew. We've decided to do a "tomb scene" in DS's room b/c he loves Indy and it's been alot of work. Okay, back to painting!!

Hey everybody! Is the only "meeting place" in MK on Christmas? I for one will try to avoid all parks that day. Here is my schedule in case there are any other meeting times:
Dec 21 arrive @ WLV then MK @ night
Dec 22 DHS all day
Dec 23 MK morning, DTD evening
Dec 24 Epcot all day
Dec 25 Hang out @ WLV, maybe visit DTD or Boardwalk
Dec 26 check out, then AK

Hey NYPD wife-I'm actually a firefighter's wife here in Florida! This is our first time at Disney for Christmas too. I am soooooo excited!! I haven't decided when to tell the kids (it's a surprise). Anyway, what resort are you staying at?

Anything as exciting as these meets going on at Land or Dca???
I know of a few "meets" at either or both parks but nothing really, that's coming up... anyone have any thoughts on the matter?

Advice as to a discussion already taking place on this topic that I should visit?

I'm home sick for the parks. I'll be going to land & dca on sunday, but still that's d a y s from now anyone else going through withdraw?
