Well, first, it's a better deal for one person than for two or more. Now, if it were one bottle per person per night, that'd be different But seriously, I guess it depends on the wine you choose. I like the Rosa Regale in Italy, but that's only about $25 or $30 a bottle - so the wine package wouldn't be worthwhile for me.
It really doesn't sound like a great value to us either......I guess it depends on the wines that would be available. They seem to have a cheaper package on the cruise - $105 for a four night cruise.

(disclaimer for katieeldr--I'm totally kidding, joking, teasing. Please don't be offended. Hope to run into you next month!)
Oh katieeldr--you bit lush. Need a whole bottle to yourself every night, do you?
I have to agree, though. I'm assuming you're limited to only certain bottles of wine, and I'd want to see that list (or at least the price column of that list--not sure names alone would help me much) before making a decision. But my hunch is, unless you're a "wine foodie" (a whiny? a wino? shows what a gourmand I am), you'd probably be better off paying OOP for your nightly fix, especially if you have the DDE card or want to partake of any beers/cocktails in addition to the wine.
