2008 Dining Plan question

I'm aware of some of the 2008 dining changes, good bye appetizer, gratuity no longer included, but have they also added or deleted some participating restaurants?

I don't know if I'm missing something, but I didn't see any restaurants listed from Coronado Springs (Pepper Market or Maya) and I only saw one restaurant listed for Downtown Disney. Are my eyes playing tricks on me or did the brochure I'm looking at get cut off at some point?

participate in the plan are not owned by Disney. The contracts for these restaurants will have to be finalized for next year. This year is no different than other years in that regard. From time to time the list of restaurants will be updated.

Given the changes in the plan, these restaurants are probably going to want higher payments for participation.

First, as Hootch states, contracts have not been finalized with a number of the restaurants, just like last year.
