Week 4 is trying its best to kick my behind. I'm keeping up with it so far (just did day 2) but it is TOUGH! The only way for me to get through it is to run really slowly. The good news is that I now know it's possible to run 5 minutes without stopping, which will help going into Week 5. The bad news, is there's a big difference between 5 minutes (Day 1) and 8 (Day 2) and a HUGE difference between 8 minutes and 20 (the dreaded W5D3 workout). Why such a huge jump next week? It's not doing much to improve my confidence!
You can do it! I tend to run slow too...my time was slower W5D3 than the prior days, and I ran it all! But, I have to go slow right now to make it through. Speed will come later. Trust yourself, you can do it!

Granted, it's a slow pace but fast for me. I did the first mile in 15 minutes but by the end of the 30 minutes I averaged a 17 minute mile. Next up is Friday, I'm confident that I'll do the whole set at a 15 minute mile pace.

How is everyone? I completed W8D3 tonight. I can't believe it. It feels like just yesterday I was doing W1D1. I can't believe how far I have come! I have been a bit stressed about what I will do when I don't have a program anymore...do I did find another, and that should help me out. I just can't believe I am so close to being a graduate!
to WISH! You will love C25K. Don't worry about keeping up with the program, it is designed to work. I was a total couch potato before starting. Now, I graduated the program last week. I am not quite up to the 3 miles, but I can do 2 1/2. For me, this is huge. You can do it!
