It is now spring, right?! It is snowing to beat the band here today. UGH!

I bought the girls new swimsuits, sunglasses, some matching flip flops for Sarah and a matching sun hat for Em to go in their Easter baskets! They are so cute! I figure you can't have enough swim suits on a cruise! Sarah is a fish and I will have a hard time getting her out of the water! Having a lake in the front of our house, there have been many days I have had to carry her screaming with blue lips out of the pond.. Can't carry her any more so she stomps!

Jen I was in Syracuse today at Carousel Mall for lunch. It was snowing on my way there and wayyyy too cold for spring.

Morning Girls

It was quiet on here yesterday, I hope you all had a nice Good Friday

Becky's party went really well. They loved the tobogganing, I couldn't get over how cold it was in there. I hoped to take some photos in there, but as the session started they turned the lights off, put disco lights on and that was the end of that idea

Last night Paul & I checked into a hotel in Coventry. We went out for a lovely Italian meal. We had pate to start with, then Paul had a meat lasagne and I had the veggie lasagne (btw, I'm not a vegetarian - I just love veggie food), then to finish Paul had ice cream and I had a delish lemon trifle and it was all washed down with a bottle of wine. We had a couple of drinks in town but we didn't stay out too late.

This morning we had a full English breakfast, and then came home to a surprisingly tidy house, though the computers wouldn't work Thankfully Paul is a whizz when it comes to computers and we're all back on-line now

We haven't got any other plans for today - hopefully I'll just chill

Michele - SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - how did it go? We are waiting - and I am a bit nervous - did you do something so horrible to BF you were hauled away?!?!? Do you need me to post bail??

Veronica - WTG on the gambling winnings! I am not huge on gambling, we don't live far from AC - so, if you ever decide to head down there - maybe we can get together!! I'll bring my BIG $50 to gamble with - then we can go to the COACH outlet down there - that's where I like to spend $$!!

Mandy - Glad you had a great time last night - the food sounds delicious! The party sounds like it was a hit - you are brave leaving the girls home alone - but, they sound like a wonderful bunch though - you are very lucky - and I saved the best for last - WTG on the 2 pounds - you are doing GREAT!!

Jen - The girl's easter baskets are going to be great - I would always buy summer items for the boys too - swim goggles, tubes, stuff for the pool, but, this year - I was thinking it was too early - I can't get into summer w/this cold... Ant is supposed to have baseball practice today - and it is freezing out there and just plain YUCKY!

Sandy - how was your day yesterday?? Where have you been??? Any plans for today??

Alright - so, I worked yesterday, it started out a bit 'heated' - then got very 'cold' - then my sis called my cousin who is a prosecutor and he is going to help her get her situation straightened out - Thank God - and he is going to go to court w/me to clear the tickets from my record! So, hopefully all will work out!

So - we are going away on Monday - I have NOTHING ready to roll - other than Ant's stuff - he is totally packed - and Dominic's is piled up - Mine and Carm's NOT ready at all - and I have to go through the toiletries -

Gotta spruce up the house a bit today - and prep some stuff for tomorrow... supposedly baseball practice at 2 - but, that might not happen w/the weather here today... and we have to dye Easter eggs too - fun fun fun!! LOL

No weigh in this week - WOO HOO!! Going away is a license to eat!

I am excited about the trip - we have a few things planned - we are going to go to this MagicQuest thing that Dominic wants to do, then we are going to go to Ripley's Believe it or Not museum (probably crap) - and the aquarium, and Tuesday night we are supposed to go to this "Good Vibrations" show - which is impersonators from 70s, 80s, and 90s bands - one of them is KISS - so, I am looking forward to that - and the kids know a lot of that kinda music, so, that will be fun.. We are also hoping to take a tour of the new Hard Rock Park that will be opening in April... AND they have a KISS coffee house - kinda like a starbucks w/a lot of Kiss memorabilia (sp?), can you tell I like Kiss - LOL I love Gene Simmons - I think his show is hiliarious - even though he is no JBJ!! LOL So, nothing fabulous - but, something~! The weather won't be so hot - but, it's warmer than here - I did get my pedicure the other day, so I am wearing flip flops even if my toes are freezing! LOL

As far as my sis - UGH - I am so disappointed in her - but, I hope she can get out of this mess that she's gotten herself into!!

Back to work over here - I have been pretty productive! LOL

It was a last minute decision to go to lunch there. I go through Syracuse all the time. Yesterday my mom had a Dr appt. there and we decided on lunch after, the mall was on the way so I said let's go there. It was a busy day there yesterday. Credit where credits due, the girls are really good at this kind of thing - they know I hate mess, and as long as we let them know we're on our way home, then they'll have a mammoth tidy up before I get back

I am sad to report that the bf is still alive and well... I picked him up last night at his house to take him and nicole to the teen hangout place. First off i noticed he was kinda short the same sizee as nicole that amused me but anyway he wasn't wearing his usually gang colors bandana. He was trying to look normal i guess..lol. So he gets in the car and says"good evening mam how are you this evening" I almost broke out into hysterical laughter(but i was good).This kid talks very ghetto like.So him being all proper was amusing.As we are driving to the place i ask him if he wants jeff to drive him home and he saysh no thank you mam i will walk" He lives like 3 miles from the place so i am like it is pretty far and cld are you sure. He stutters some more and replies oh ye ye yes mam i am sure. We get there and he can't get out of the car..lol My car has automic sliding doors they don't open unless i press the button so he is trying to eascape as fast as he can and i can't press the buttn until he stops..Nicole is looking at me like i am doing it on purpose. It took everything not to crack up at the sight of him desperately trying to escape the car. So jeff picks up nicole and the kid is supposed to come over to meet him . But nicole told him that he didn't have to because he was so stressed from meeting me..Come on i didn't beat him. So jeff was pissed and i told her this morning now she can't see him again until jeff meets him. She called me a b and stormed off. Then i grounded her for 2 weeks . So everything is really happy here now.. . So that is my blog about the bf meeting.


Mandy i am glad you had a nice time at the hotel and becky had a great party.

Laurie glad you are going to sc. You deserve it. Don't be to bad on that diet though. We have to be the skinny twins now.
