I"m not only going on this cruise but i'm getting married on it wooohooo!!! My future husband and I and 20 members of our families and friends. We've never cruised before but are extremely excited.

I wish my two would go 'nice cruise shoes' shopping. But I've already been told not to expect them to wear dressy shoes this cruise, they've commited to some nice flip flops and that's that. The only other shoes they live in are Converse, DC's and Babycham trainers

Hi Heather! How exciting! I'm Melissa, I'm 30 and will be cruising with my parents.

Now, let me ask this - how far is San Diego from DL?? Can you drive down for the day? Where is Lego land?

San Diego is 1.5/ 2 hours south of Disneyland depending on traffic. It really is too far to enjoy for a single day. I grew up in San Diego, so I am very famililar with it. I would suggest two nights to really do it justice. Lego Land is north of San Diego in a city called Carlsbad. It is 1/1.5 hours away from Disneyland. I have never been, but from what I hear it is targeted towards younger children, mainly 8 and under. That might have changed as the park has expanded in the last few years. I do know that they are open seasonally, so I would check their website. It is a very doable day trip from Anaheim though.

I am having a wonderfully lazy day! I am a high school history teacher, and I'm on Spring Break! I am in San Diego right now spending a few days with my parents. I'm heading back up to LA tonight after I finish my laundry. So I am spending the morning DISsing, and I might take the dog out for a walk in a little while. We took him to the beach yesterday and he just loved it! So did I, we are having glorious weather right now. Then tomorrow I have tickets for the first round of the NCAA men's basketball tournament where I will get to watch my beloved UCLA Bruins! Life is good! I hope everyone is having as wonderful a day as I am!

I am having a wonderfully lazy day! I am a high school history teacher, and I'm on Spring Break! I am in San Diego right now spending a few days with my parents. I'm heading back up to LA tonight after I finish my laundry. So I am spending the morning DISsing, and I might take the dog out for a walk in a little while. Thanks mandy I wish I could say I have been doing something fun but I really am just completely overextended on commitments. I finished up the cookie sale finally, I worked my regular days plus subbed all of my days off, and now we are starting to plan our big Diabetes fundraiser at school(that I am chairing). I was also approached about applying for a full time position that will be available soon. So....... I have been getting my resume updated, and letters of recommendations etc. etc. etc....... I have been so exhausted I can't even explain it.

It does sound like you've been busy Suzanne, Good luck with the full time position that you're applying for - what does it entail ? Have your kids broke up for the Easter break now ? I'm sure you're looking forward to a few days off

Yeah, we're all good thanks Michele. The girls are on the Xbox or laptop and Paul & I are sitting here watching the Bourne Ultimatum (I love the Bourne movies)

I always love having the girls off school. I think Becky is coming with me to see my mum in the morning, and then I'm looking forward to a few lie ins over the next week or so (ahh bliss )
