Thats very funny Michele. In fact, after the second ride I feel the same exact way as your son. I'm hoping this year I can convince Bryan the Goofy coaster is more fun.

Suzanne--its ok, some of our best friends are Yankee fans too, in fact my niece is the biggest Derek Jeter fan (her living room is a shrine to him) and I still picked her to be my son's Godmother dispite her addiction.

Laurie-- hope you get your Vero Beach reservations. We have stayed there a couple of times (we are not DVC members though) and had a great time.

All this talk to Hawaii makes me want to escape this cold weather. Have a good evening everyone.

I just dropped austin off at tso qwan do and i literally couldn'tfeel my fingers by the time i drove back home. I will definately be warming the car before i pick him up. I hate winter!!! I am defiantly ready for some caribean sun .

I just spent 3 hours going from store to store and mall to mall to replace a penguin hand puppet that my 2nd grader brought home from school for the weekend. My dd was picked to bring the animal home along with the journal for the 3 day weekend because she's so responsible!!!! Well my yellow lab ate the nose off the dang thing tonight at about 5 . Luckily we just found it at borders after trying about 20 other places!!!!! Nothing like getting in and out of the car when its zero degrees out

Lol....... Omg that's awful but funny. What a good mommy u are. I used to hate when they took those things home and were supposed to take it everywhere and tell about their adventures to the class. Someone would always leave it in a shopping cart or on a shelf and we would have to run back to get it. I can't believe you were able to find the same one. Something good should happen to you now for all your efforts.

Believe me I can't believe we found it either. It was my last place to look too. I was going to just buy something else when we found it. My dd just kept saying "my classmates are going to hate me" She was so sad I haaaaadd to keep looking. The look on people's faces as I explained the situation and showed them the beakless penguin was priceless. At one point my dd dropped the "old" penguin and we couldn't find it in Barnes and Noble and i swear to God I thought my family was "punking" me. I was just waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come outlol

Morning ladies,
the dog ran away this morning because my husband forgot to close the gate(not the first time he has done this) so i am out in my p.j.'s calling the stupid dog and he just runs to the neighbors house and sits there like it is home. i had to go to there house in my p.j.'s put a leash on the stupid dog and bring him home. Of course just as i am doing this the neighbor walks out her front door staring at me like i am nuts. She is chinese and speaks very little english so there was no point in trying to explain. I can't wait till my husband gets home to share my thoughts with him..lol.. he is so absent minded about things. we are just lucky the dog didn't run into the street we live on a main road. Anyway i thought i would share how my day is going so far.

Well my girls went off this morning to London with their friend and her family, as they're going to see the Spice Girls tonight. I've just had a text to say they've arrived safely. Tomorrow they're going to a shopping mall, and I've checked that it's got a Disney Store

Hubby & I are going out for a Chinese meal tonight, hopefully with a nice bottle of wine too

We live about 1 1/2 to 2 hours away from London by car. Now in comparison to the size of the US (where it can take hours, even by plane), the UK is quite small, but to us Edinburgh is miles away from London, but is probably only just over an hour by plane

I've only been to Scotland once, we stayed on a little island called the Isle of Bute and stayed on a farm (wonderful holiday). Edinburgh always looks like a lovely city to visit

Where did he live in England ?

I have no idea i thought edinburough was in england not scotlandor at least that is what i thought he told me. I will have to ask him now. My grandmother was a war bride she had him in england or so i thought and brought him here as a baby so he is a citizen of u.s. and england. i think i will email him now about this..lol

Anyway my day is going much better now I went to the mailbox and it was full of checks not bills for a change.

OMG - Sorry - Michele - I am confused - as usual! I just saw that it was Suzanne that had the dog issue - LOL SEE - I need to READ and re-READ!!!

Yes you open an account at photobucket and then upload your pictures you want to post on there then u copy and paste them to the forum.

Hey - I got my two days at Vero - now, I have to call back tomorrow to book the last day - The lady I talked to at DVC today, said they were pretty open for the weekend, of course, no one wants to use the weekend points - it is 12 points for the weeknights, and friday night is 29 - that is NUTS!!
