Good Morning!

It's good to see you were all busy chatting yesterday! Things are as busy as ever for us between work, school and football. The boys both won their games on Sunday and remain undefeated.

I still have a few pictures with Bahama Mamas to post soon. I ended up having to re upload pictures in smaller albums because photobucket and Walmart kept freezing on me every time I tried to view the 2400 I uploaded at once.

I'm off to the dentist to get my $350 mouthguard and then I'm going to volunteer at Brennan's school this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon. I sure hope this mouthguard lasts longer than my last one I grinded right through!

I'm anxious to see what the big announcement is supposed to be on the 18th for Disney/DVC. I am wondering if they are going to announce the new Contemporary DVC/ Bay Lake Towers that everyone's been talking about on here the last year or if it's something else. They should be releasing the 2010 cruise itinerary in October and it looks like they will be in the Baltic that summer according to some European port screen shots Disers found (and were soon deleted by DCL).

I found some information on the DVC Mousellaneous thread too. The points look like they'll be $112 per point. I didn't see studios listed but a one bedroom with a Magic Kingdom view was 56 points for one night in the list I saw. It will be interesting to see what they do with the tree house renovation/addition to SSR/DVC.

How are you all ?

All is well over here. Kerry and Becky have settled well back into college and school and I'm pretty much back to my old routine

I've had a busy day today. This morning I went into town and bought myself some trousers (ughh, don't you hate having to buy Winter clothing ?) and some earrings for our DIS Girly Weekend to Cardiff in 9 days time. I came home and cut the grass out the front (the back garden in too long for me, so I'll happily leave that for Paul ), I hoovered up in all the rooms upstairs and then I washed my hair and tried on all the clothes I'm taking away to Cardiff

There's about 12 of us going away for that weekend, and we can't wait. It's going to be a weekend of eating, drinking and shopping ~ woohoo !!

So, what have you all been up to ?

Laurie ~ Are you enjoying your day in your PJ's watching Little House ? I hope you enjoyed your evening out with Carm's cousins

Michele ~ Have you started your new job yet ? If so, I hope you're enjoying it. I'm sure LTL was gutted to see you go

Sorry I have been missing for so long! My mother and brother came up from North Carolina for a visit and were staying with me. We also had a surprise 50th birthday party for my other brother here so I've been a little busy. Everyone is gone now so I'm trying to get back into a routine (even Tom is gone to Arizona on business for the week). I have lots of posts to catch up on but I hope to do that tonight (if the kids go to sleep) or tomorrow then I will do a proper post. Woohoo !! It's the Weekend

How are you all ? Are you doing anything nice this weekend ?

In a couple of hours, me & Paul will be heading down to the winebar for our Friday night drinkypoo

I'm not sure what we're doing tomorrow. Paul is away tomorrow afternoon and all day Sunday for work, so the girls and me will be enjoying a takeaway tomorrow evening

It sounds like we've got a boring weekend ahead of us, but I don't mind as next weekend is our DIS Girly Weekend to Cardiff (Sandy, if I see John Barrowman, I'll try and get a photo )

I hope you all had a lovely weekend.

It's been a really nice and sunny weekend over here. Paul was away Saturday night and Sunday for work, so I had a fun time with the girls. On Saturday me and Kerry took the train to Birmingham, and we spent most of the day shopping (where Kerry talked me into buying some ridiculously high purple shoes a matching bag and bracelets ) and going out for lunch (we had a lovely Thai meal). Then yesterday I took the girls to our fave Italian place for lunch and had a relaxing day

I can't believe it's Monday again, the weekend has flown by

Today I'm back to my usual boring routine. I'm taking my mum to town this morning and then doing some grocery shopping (woohoo ! how exciting )

Good Morning all!

I think it's official - the Bahama Mamas are straying!! Where is everyone??

Carm was off this weekend so we went to Atlantic City to the outlets... that was OK - no HUGE bargains though...

So - remember when I was 'being good'? LOL I got on the scale this morning.. .LMAO - I've gained more weight in the past few weeks then on vacation! I've been stuffing my face w/candy corn and halloween candy! LOL I already bought some - figuring I'd get a little at a time, gotta say - less than brilliant - because I am eating it!

This week I am working Today and Wednesday... open house at Ant's school tomorrow, as well as CCD starting... Ant has a club on Weds and Dominic has one on Thurs - and then it's friday - woo hoo - I am having a Partylite Demonstration here Friday night - anyone want to come?!?!?!?

Does anyone have a facebook account? A friend of mine told me that I HAD to try it out - so, I did, and I have one - so, if you guys do - let me know so I can add you! Maybe we'll keep in touch better that way - being no one is on the boards lately!

Good Morning!

I'm glad everyone had a nice weekend.

Friday night Derek was working evening shift and I took the boys to our local high school football game. We were barely in the gate when Keegan went off to walk around with a group of friends. I swear they did 20 laps around the field by half time. It's the thing to do I guess seeing as all the other kids were doing the same thing.

We had to be in Mercersburg, an hour and 20 minutes away, by 7:30 on Saturday for football. We have been taking Mike and Tiana's (Mike's the one that was paralyzed on 8/31---he comes home in mid October from a rehab hospital) son to football games too and his j.v. team had a game at 9:00 and Keegan's mid-varsity game started at 10:15. I dont know why on earth the league would schedule weigh -ins at 7:30. It's not like we were 5 minutes away. We got home at 1PM and my dad took the boys to a Navy/Rutgers game (Navy won!). Derek was djing a wedding in a nice hotel in Washington, DC. My mom and I went to Gettysburg to the outlets and I managed to buy a bunch of stuff at the Bali/Platex store and winter clothes for Brennan at Carters and Gymboree. I also found some things at the new Bath and Body Works outlet. We ate dinner at Ruby Tuesdays and I'm not sure what it was I ate that caused my stomach some issues, but I did not fare well the rest of the night and yesterday. I hadn't been there in years because the last time I went I got sick too.

Anyhow, yesterday I was up early with the dog and they all slept until after 10:00. We went to Costco and Sams, came home and cut the grass and the boys played their new Guitar Hero that they just had to have. We just watched tv the rest of the night. Did anyone happen to see that program on conjoined twins turning 16? It literally looked like a girl with 2 heads and was very intersting.

I've got to wake the boys up very soon for school. No football tonight, but Keegan has to stay after school and sponge paint a new 2008 shirt for Student Council. Tomorrow it's back to football through Thursday and a high school game on Friday.

Laurie, I don't have a facebook account but I've had 2 friends tell me in the last week to open an account.

Mandy, sounds like you had a nice weekend at the shops and restaurants.

Sandy, your schedule sounds as busy as mine with sports! Any idea when they'll start booking the 2010 cruises? There's an intersting link on disboard's home page about the rumored itinerary. We are definitely going to book if they do the Baltic in July 2010.

I've been getting my fish extender stuff ready for our December cruise. I want to be sure I have it all done before we leave so I just need to deliver it. My friend's family is coming on the same cruise and it will be their 1st one so I want to be able to spend a lot of time with them and showing them around. They have never gone on a big family trip out of state or flown so she's very nervous. I did register through Mousefest for some of the mousefest activities and navigators. I'm not sure what I'll do but wanted to be signed up anyway.

Well, I better go wake the boys. Keegan's bus comes in 45 minutes and I still need to pack his lunch and make breakfast.

Laurie ~ LOL, don't talk to me about dieting I'm going to get back on track next Monday after our Girly Weekend away. Will you post some photos of your house decorated for Halloween ? I'd really like to see some as Halloween isn't big in the UK

Sandy ~ I'll try and remember to take a photo of my shoes and accessories. I've told Kerry about Tori not having her computer. Kerry & Becky miss all the girls so much. I can honestly say that Tori, Bethany, Nicole and Sarah made the Cruise so special for them

I'll be thinking of you at the weekend, especially if my friend Sue (who lives in Cardiff) gives me some Dr. Who or Torchwood info
