Hi Girls!

So it is 7:06 am here and FREAKING SNOWING!!! We were spoiled for about 10 days and for the past 2 it has been crap...

How many more days until our trip?!

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG - SNOW? The weather here has been crap too - dark/damp/cold - but NO SNOW!! LOL YUCK!

Overall we had a very nice trip despite our worry and sadness over my niece's husband. Here is what we know so far. It is cancer (he had testicular cancer 10 years ago). They assume it may be the same type he had but it is very unusual for it to return that much later so it concerns the doctors. He has a very large mass in his abdomen and they also found a mass on his lung. Luckily the brain scan came back negative. He is going to be staying in the hospital for now and starting aggressive treatment of chemo and radiation. They brought the baby to the hospital courtyard this weekend so he could have a quick visit. I want to cry every time I think of the situation. He is only 27 and the baby is not even 3 months old. I have to be hopeful and I know doctors can do wonderful things these days. Please keep him in his prayers though.

Sorry the post is so long! There was just a lot to catch you up on. Its good to be back.

I am so sorry to hear about you niece's husband! I will keep him in my prayers! Keep us posted on his situation...

So, are your PTA things all slowing down being it is the end of the year? We have a lot going on w/year end.. UGH! I just can't wait for it to be OVER!

Well i have to cancel the lawyer in an hour both nicole and jeff are sick this morning How conveneient for jeff..hmmmmm.
Actually i know he is sick for real though they were both throwing up when i got home from work..ewwww .

So i will be home today to chat and cater to the two patients..woohoo.

yes - no JBJ - Oh, well, maybe next time!~ On a lighter note, Neil Diamond on American Idol tonight! WOO HOOO!!!

No, nothing exciting happened when I was shopping with my mum. She goes to the same shops for the same stuff everytime She gets her hair cut on Thursdays, so I am going to finish off my FE shopping this week while she's having her hair done

You are SO lucky - and organized!! YOU GO GIRL!!!! Does the airline restrict your luggage??? We booked Airtran out - they limit one per person, usually we take like 3 or so... so, the 4th one will be FE stuff! LOL This way I'll have one to take home w/the extra stuff.. actually, come to think of it, when we cruise, I carry a garment bag, so I am already up to 4!!!! UH OH - I think there is a $10 fee for an extra bag, so I might have to pay it.. OR just each of us take a wheeled-carry on, usually we don't, the boys just take their backpacks w/their stuff, and I take ONE wheeled one on - so, we might have to load up - I just hate dragging all that crap around the airport! sorry for my rambling! LOL

After i bought some new things i had to leave some of the old behind at the resort..lol..The maid got a fairly new black jacket and some cute black sandals and a couple of jeffs t shirts. The new stuff was much more important to me at the time....

Jet blue just issued a new policy where each person is only allowed 1 piece of luggage i freaked... But it only applies to new reservations so i am safe for this trip with my 10 pieces of luggage...

If we fly with Virgin Atlantic we are able to have 2 pieces of luggage each, but the norm is 1 piece of luggage each. The girls are only allowed to bring enough clothes for about 3 days, as they hit Hot Topic and PacSun either the same day or next day that we land

I also am happy to do my washing at the Resort every 4 or 5 days when we come back in the afternoon to chill or sunbathe.

I'm glad that you are still able to overpack for our Cruise this August

I over pack too.. usually the boys have 2 different shirts for everyday.. plus one to go w/their bathing suit... SOOOOOOOOOO for 10 days, that would be like 30 shirts each! LOL I need to cut that back JUST a bit~

I can't believe you leave stuff behind.. although I've done that w/like PJ's and stuff, brought old crappy ones and left them there.. or older underwear! LOL

I am w/you Mandy - I don't mind doing wash while we are at the pool or whatever... Which is another thing w/the overpacking.. I do wash all the time.. so, I could probably pack 2 pairs of shorts and 4 pairs of underwear, but do I???????????????????? NOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

I will try HARD to keep my eyes open on the way home!! I just can't wait to hit the bed tonight!!! The end of the PTA year is a tough one - budgets, field day, more fundraising - the treasurer's job is NEVER done - but, I will be loving life next year, that is for sure!!

I can't believe you are almost done w/your FE stuff too!!! I am feeling a bit overwhelmed here and think I am going to have to run out and do more shopping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
