Ok I know ir is far off but does anyone know when the 2007 rates will be out?

last year it was around Oct that the 2006 dates were released so I'm guessing 2007 dates will be available sometime after this summer.

The 2006 rates came out the last week of September this past year. I would guess it will be about the same for the 2007 rates.
