Confuzzled......is that a technical term?

yep, it's in my Scrappers dictionary! LOL
It's a compound word, a mix of confused and fuzzy.
I love it! It says it all!
So is this 'scrappers dictionary' altered, modge podged, embellished and double matted?![]()
Susie, like your ideas but we are getting into the holidays so we usually go pretty light on the swaps starting in Oct. I'm all for swapping over the holidays so I'm not trying to blow you off but ABC would be huge. We could probably squeeze in Year round though, when do you think you would like to do it?
Kat would have the Characters covered in her Character swap which would be up probably in Jan if that is good for her.
I'm sure there would be lots of interest in a Rolodex swap the first of the year too.
ABC parks, we could do too. Would you want to do that at once or in stages?
13 people per group, 2 letters each?
could we do the year round in August? There isn't really alot going on and September is packed.
Yup I'm good with characters in January

I am interested in hosting a year round swap like the one I saw listed from a previous year in the same type groups and have them be topper plus two elements. This is what I had in mind for setting up groups for a year round swap:
Spring
- General Spring
- St. Patrick's Day
- Easter
- Mother's Day
- April Showers Bring May Flowers
Summer
- General Summer
- Father's Day
- Fourth of July
- Vacation
- General birthday
Fall
- General Fall
- Labor Day
- Back to School
- Halloween
- Thanksgiving
Winter
- General Winter
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas
- New Year
- Valentines Day
If you had a spot in each group, it would get you an album done.![]()
Multiple groups could be added. It would be a topper pllus one or two elements....
I am open to whenever.....sooner the beter once this table is cleared off this week.
so do you have any good words to add?
This would sort of be like the non-Disney holiday swap that I'm hosting in September. Last year, we did 11 or 12 groups (it was huge), and everyone picked a various holiday within the group (not separated by season, though). Then we had a couple of groups that were Christmas only.ETA: We could add "general season (pick a season)" in as a choice--I really like that one!!

Sorry. Didn't mean tostep on any toes.....didn't realize what that one would be like.
Can we put mine on for maybe after the first of the year for the people that miss the one SIOH is going to host and when people get caught up fromthe holidays?
This is SIOH's DH posting for her. "Susie, no! You so didn't step on my toes!! I just thought your idea was great!!I am so behind in my scrapping that having a year's worth of stuff would be wonderful! Buffy, why don't we add in Susie's idea in August, like you were thinking about, and call it the non-Disney holiday swap, or the year-round swap or whatever. Then, it can be due whenever. I had it and the AK Newbie Swap to host in September, and we're going to be gone then, too. This would spread out the September swaps, and it might let people get started early!! Susie, can I go ahead and put my name in to be in this one??? LOL!!"
I really like Susie's ideas. I would be interested in the ABC groups if they were spread out.
About the character/Pixar swap, I have 3 kids, we do lots of character meals and sometimes our main goal of a park day is meeting the characters. So I do lots and lots of character pages. I prefer the idea of separate character swaps because I can sign up for more groups if they are held at different times.
Seasonal swap: I'll sign up for a group in SIOH swap, but I can't sign up for every group. I like the idea of spreading it out over the months and ending up with all of the holidays and seasons.
Here is thought: Are our differences in opinions really the difference between new swappers and established swappers? I would imagine if you have been swapping here for a while, you wouldn't need as many spots in a character swap as I would like to have. I guess you may not even need a whole book of ABC on MGM etc.

So, take your name out and put Susie's name in as host and switch the dates?
I'm looking at 8/27 - 10/1.
