2007 Package rates....

This is from an email Disney sent me today regarding when 2007 full package rates will become available:

"Each year, our Product Development Department reviews all components
offered under each package
name. This determines the packages and components included for the
following year.

If you call in we are booking a basic package. It is for room only,
but will allow you to add passes
and dining etc when those packages are released. You can call The
Walt Disney Travel Company at
407-828-8101 and one of our agents will be happy to assist you.

If you have questions or need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Please include your full name, E-Mail address, and reservation number
if applicable on all
correspondence.

I can never get a straight answer. I guess I will just have to wait it out then.

I just called to check on packages in early February and I was told that the basic package includes a round of mini-golf; no tickets or meals or anything else...just mini golf and room . The CM was also laughing, but she told me to book the package (room and a round of mini-golf) rather than the room only because I was booking 2 rooms in the Royal Palm Club at the Grand Floridian for 4 nights so I only had to put down $200 (that's all you have to do on a package rather than about $1440 for one night (if you're doing a room only reservation.
