2007 maint fees are now up on dvc

We own at Hilton Head and ours went up by $97.63 over last year I was expecting it to go up per my conversation with my adviser. I guess alot of repairs need to be done due to the recent bad weather. Well it had to happen sometime right?

It being a new complex, I was just wondering why dues went up 28 cents per point? I know older ones go up in terms of repair and maintainence....

last year SSR was 3.98 a year, so it went up .14 from 2006.
