The Canadian dollar is currently doing pretty well, and I thought I would get a heads up and purchase my hoppers for our next trip which isn't until March 2007.

The disneyland website has some good offers right now -- $40-60 off each hopper. However, they only have 2006 tickets available. Silly me thought there was no dates attached to the tickets :confused3

Does anyone know when the 2007 hopper tickets will be available online?

:bounce: bumping :bounce:

Does anyone know when 2007 passes will be available? I'd rather not wait until January to have them shipped to Canada.

Thanks

You could call and ask. I doubt though, that you'd see tickets for next year out until late this year or early next. I think that 2006 tickets are good until early next year.
The shipping they offer is very quick though. You would have them in lots of time.
You can also buy passes at your Disney store locally. At least you could last time I checked on it.

Thanks, the website says they are only good for use up to January 2, 2007. It's odd because WDW never had anual dates attached to their passes, and they'd rather encourage people to spend early.

As for the Disney store, in Ontario, they only carry WDW passes. I'm even having a hard time getting info out of my local CAA. Even my local libraries don't carry the Birnbaum Disneyland guide. I guess not many people from here make the trip out West :confused3

We have free air tickets, so this time it didn't matter which park we went to. I am finding DLR a little less user-friendly on the planning side than WDW.

Being that it is much smaller than WDW, DL doesn't have the long term planning needs that WDW has. DL prices will come out in the fall, ticket specials for next year, usually don't come out till December. If you are concerned about the money exchange rates, could you call and purchase Disney resort gift cards, that you could then use to pay for your tickets when the 2007 tickets are available? The past couple years they have had reduced ticket prices(adults pay kids price OR kids free with adult admission) Jan-April, so it will be worth it to wait to see if they repeat this offer again next year.

Thanks Amy. DLR may not have long-term planning needs, but I thrive on it :p I'm not very patient when it comes for waiting for specials to be released. But, I'll hold on -- it certainly seems that DL has way more "specials" than are ever offered at WDW.

And the latest good news for Cdns is that the dollar is supposed keep doing well (maybe even break 90 cents) through to the end of the year!

I'll just have to hold back on my planning :lmao: Yah right!

AMW, I may say they don't need to have the long term planning, but that doesn't mean I'm not right there with you...I already have two offsite hotel reservations for our Feb trip, in case I can't get a great deal on the Disney hotels!

I believe it will be in October that they put up 2007 prices. If you are going in early 07 (before mid-April) I would wait until kids free/adults pay kids prices is announced. Of course there is no guarentee that they will do this but they have done this for the past several years so I expect them to again this coming year.
