Hiya Buffy,

I'd like to move out the due date for the just open and very large eat around the world swap. As someone kindly pointed out to me, with the mail date it only gives 3 weeks to do it and that isn't enough - so maybe we move it out a week or two? Your thoughts?

Can we add in a holiday and birthday completed page swap with sign-ups in late June and a due date of October 15?

Also, I was planning to do my WDW Event Swap again this year since it was so successful last year. What about sign-ups in mid-October with the deadline in very early December?

The last swap I did had a P&P Party group in it as well. There just weren't that many people interested so there were only three people in the group. I have no problem having that group in the swap as well.

Buffy- When you get a chance- Mickeyteacher and I have pmed about it and she is going to do completed pages for Epcot with the element swap so the sign-ups will be whenever she has set up. You might want to make a nore that it is pages and elements so people know.

I will get together a list and start gathering feed back early next month.

I canged the sign-ups for the ABC swap to Thursday May 8 at 7am (I have to plan around DH's schedule). This is for the completed 8x8 pages. I'll get back to you for the elements groups group. I think I'd like to stagger the sign ups.

Shauna-

You might want to give a little more time than that if they want to be in several groups. Some people have to order theeir supplies. Can sign ups be any earlier?

I'm going to start posting a thread soon for ideas on the quotes but it will be a very easy swap - basically matted quotes and since there are so many swaps going on I'll maybe just do one quote per person so there can be varying groups and people can do as much or as little as they'd like.

ABC completed pages -- Monday April 28 7am EST -- May 7

ABC elements Thursday May 8 7am EST


If the first doesn't fill, there will be the opportunity to join the other one.
