20060902--Eastern Sept 2nd, 2006

It's funny you posted...my DH and I just said that the cruise seems like years ago already! Glad to see people are still checking in.

Hello Ed and all,

Glad to see folks are still running around the DIS. I hope all is well with everyone and here's wishing you all a great holiday season.

Oh yeah, one more thing for this Saturday,

GOOOOO BUCKEYES!!!!

Brian, Shelley and kids.

Happy Turkey Day! Why is it that you spend all day cooking and cleaning and it only takes about 30 minutes to eat it all!!??!! I'm wiped... But I will be ready to go in about 7.5 hours to SHOP!!! The early bird catches the worm, right?

I was lucky enough to be able to bypass all of that mess and enjoy a much needed day of peace and quiet. :goodvibes

Happy shopping!! Get some good deals! :thumbsup2

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Hey Captain, Holly and all the others who will see this!

Glad to see some activity here. Hard to believe it will soon be three months since we did the "eastern thing"!

(Speaking of Thanksgiving, it's Friday morning and I just returned to my office after going to Radio Shack for the "Black Friday" morning. Forget that stuff. I'm locking the door and not getting in that mass of nuts again!!!)

Hi Ed! I'm right with you on staying away from that madness. I need to go to the grocery store, but am even avoiding that until the insanity dies down....too many frantic shoppers on the road speeding to their next store. ;)

Anybody got a gun I can borrow? :rotfl2:

Hope you're having fun! Can't think of many places on this earth I'd rather be than Hawaii. You guys ever stay at Kapalua Bay on Maui?

We are having a great time, although a little tempered by Joshua'a broken arm. The cast slows down the swimming a bit. We have only stayed at the Sheraton and the Hyatt on Kannapali beach on Maui, but anywhere over here is a pleasant holiday. We hope everyone is having a great holiday and hope that your upcoming cruises find calm seas and warm air.

Poor little guy, to have a broken arm so young. :sad1: But hey, kids are tough, so I'm sure he'll bounce back quickly. I think the doctor would order lots of Hawaiian sun! :woohoo:

Happy holidays to all who cruised on September 2nd! Hard to believe it's been 3 1/2 months!

Hope all is well, and you have a great holiday season!

Eddie & Dianne

Ed are you living the life at OKW right about now? Oh to be your neighbor this week..

Oh, I wish it was so. Gotta change that. Actually, my 84 year old mother in law fell and broke three ribs and is in a recovery center, so we cancelled the Christmas trip.

Oh well, it's not like we never get to go. (And the thought of the MED cruise made it a bit easier to take as well.)

So sorry to hear about your mother-in-law. Ribs are always very painful, my Father in law broke ribs on our cruise, and was none to happy about. I hope that she heals well and soon, and a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.

Brian

Here's hoping everyone got what they wanted for Christmas and all will have a Happy and Blessed New Year.
