I don't understand why they estimate the tax lower than this year's actual.

That is kind of odd, unless there was a special assessment in last year's taxes that will not be repeated this coming year. I wish I could see my property taxes decline at home

Yes, BWV. This is the third year that taxes were underestimated and an extra amount due in January.
