2006 Mvmcp Dates Announced!

The dates and prices have been announced here, but I called Disney and tickets arn't on sale yet, they didn't even have info on the dates or prices, or even when the tickets would go on sale....so how did this site get the info?
Anybody know when and why?

I know someone posted that last year the tickets went on sale at the end of April, so if that is true again for this year~it won't be long now!

Wow ! Looks like the parties will start a week earlier this year ! And there is a switch to Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri nights - looks like no Sun nights are scheduled. I was debating about the Sun party for this year - looks like they made my decision for me - I'll be taking DGrD(3) on two nights while we are down - she fades early and that will give us time to see the shows and parade/fireworks on different nights (and of course look for characters!) I love MVMCP - can't wait !!! I hope these dates will be the 'official' ones if they aren't yet !!

Those dates are unofficial till Disney themselves releases them so those dates could change by the time Disney does release them. I have a feeling those dates before Thanksgiving are wrong...time will tell.

They should go on sale the end of this month; they did last year.

I e-mail the administrators for this site yesterday after calling Disney as they were unable to confirm dates for MVMCP. The reply I got was "We have a very creditable source for these dates."

Unofficially, the dates have been listed on another site click here. On another message board, people have reportedly called WDW and been told that the dates are not available for official release, but that the source that we found has reliable data. So, use this information as you will. Maggie

Adults: $42.55 - ages 10 and up
Child: $34.03 - ages 3 - 9

GATE PURCHASE -

Adults: $48.94 - ages 10 and up

Child: $40.42 - ages 3 - 9

Just wanted to point out that if you go to the Dis Link and actually click on the words Mickey's Very merry Christmas Party it will bring you to another page that says

"The details for 2006 have not been announced. The following is a recap of the 2005 activities. Traditionally the schedule remains about the same"

As Mickeysaver said use the info as you will...the dates are not "official" until Disney posts them
