I have relatives who relocated to FL 15 years ago (and never looked back). I think I need to arrange a visit....maybe bunk out there with them until April or so ! :rotfl:
That's funny that you said that, because I just got off the phone with my brother in Chicago. He was just mentioning that he might just have to come down here for a visit since it's SO cold up there.

Tell Bruce to hurry up and finish that job so you can move down here to the Sunshine State!! Then, when you're "home-sick" you can visit the Florida version of Saratoga Springs!! :rotfl2:

My weather bug says 16 degrees...... Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Gonna be chilly here for the Parade Saturday.... Not a concern for us, since Saturday is dd4's 5th birthdday party with 11 4/5 yo girls (ack, I will be sweating no matter the temp!)

But the temps for Sunday suck! LOL We are doing the DVC event at the Fairmont, and were planning on walking around downtown. I would love to see the windows at Marshall Fields before they rename it... (sigh... ) Guess we will play that part by ear, but I think Valet at the Fairmont is in our future! LOL

Ok.... I have to make 3 or 4 more phone calls for our December trip (mostly canceling things like our IllumiNations cruise... waaaaa....) And then I have to finish up the paper work for the 3 Christmas trees I am sending out for the exchange....

I hope so to Sue! Glad your decided to join us!

We haven't decided what level of cabin is our first choice yet. Anyone have a good website or two that shows cabin locations easily? I have a passporter yet took out pages last year to take it with and in the move the pages are yet to be found.

Your brother is a wise man, Amy ! ::yes:: :sunny:

Look on the very top of this page and click on Deck Plans.

Welcome Sue - the more the merrier to this crazy group.

David - I see Diana and Cheryl answered your stateroom question.

Cheryl - I see that Laura answered your question about Fields. Much as I've always wanted to have a Macy's in town I didn't want it at the expense of Fields. Oh well I never shopped there much any way. :)

:wave2: Hi Sue

We have an 8 year old American Eskimo. He's the best dog most of the time. When we got him from a shelter, I wanted to name him Snowball. DS4 at the time vetoed that idea. DH wanted to name him Max. DS4 vetoed that name too.

So, his name is Tony. :teeth: I have no idea where it came from but now it fits. Although, I think his name was "Buddy" in a previous home as I use the term occassionally with my kids/daycare kids and he always comes running.

Welcome to the group, Sue! We'll have our fingers crossed until we get through on 12/3. The suspense is killing me.

I think that we're decided we'd like to be on Deck 5 again, if possible. We thought it was a GREAT location for the kids clubs, etc.

I didn't realize it was Macy's that bought Fields. Macy's bought out Burdine's down here too. It just won't be the same!

Wow, what a crazy week here. Emily has been sick since Sunday night, when she woke up with a fever. She stayed home from preschool on Monday, but she seemed much better on Tuesday. I sent her to school, and she had ballet after school. When I got her home that afternoon though, she was running a fever again, and the coughing and runny nose started. Well, she's been home since and she's still got a pretty nasty cough. And of course, now Madison has it too. It's going to be a GREAT weekend here, and we're still trying to remodel our master bath.
