Cute, Cute Crocs! I love the slip on heeled one that Diana posted. I have alot of pink clothes so the pink ones would be perfect. Of course I already have 2 pair of pink regular crocs, but what the heck, these are so different than what I already have.

I love the Athens sandal that Cindy posted and the 2 strap sandal is cute but I'm not sure if it would fit, unless they are made to be loose.

My Shrek feet wouldn't fit in those little strappy thingys although the Chocolate/Cotton Candy color combo is really really cute. I tried on the Scutes and my feet were even too wide for those!!

So in SC the crocs grow on trees? Cool! :lmao:

What??? You've never heard of a shoe tree?? :lmao: :lmao:

If money can grow on a tree, why can't shoes as well???? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Actually, Walker did lose his a couple of times while climbing this tree
so apparently trees do know a good thing in crocs!! :thumbsup2

Great Pics Cindy!!
Even funnier is your Kayack story. I can picture laughing your butt off while stuck in the oysters and not being able to get out because you are laughing your butt off. I'm so like that. If something is that funny I become useless!

Ok those Croc heeled sandals are cute. Even I would be tempted to buy them. So far I have resisted the urge but I might have to break down and get a pair of Disney ones!

Ok I absolutely LOVE the photo of Walker in the tree :yay: . What a wonderful trip! I know we have HH on our list of places to visit :)

Good morning everyone!!! We're super busy around here, still working on finishing the dining room painting and installing wainscoting (we took a week break while we did other stuff). Emily also has 2 spring programs, one for dance and one for Wed night church, so she's been busy with rehearsals for all of that. And, we're trying to get ready for our cruise in 17 days!!! I still haven't started packing, since I'm also planning a surprise party for Chris and Madison for the week before we leave.

On the topic of crocs, I love my red disney ones. I mostly wear with socks and I try not to wear consecutive days as they actually aren't good for my feet as I over "pronate" and I need more stable support. I DO love my Islander crocs the best and they give the most support.

BTW, have you seen the Disney jibbitz. Jibbitz are the little things that go in the holes. They have the whole disney gang and also Pirates, Princesses, Nemo etc. I'll wait till I get to disney and cross my fingers because i'm too cheap to pay for shipping! ;)

Cricut owners please help. Do you need to use any special tools with the cricut machine and do you need to use only their paper? What is your favorite cartridge? What is the most useful FONT? Has anyone seen the Paper Pups cartridge? I feel a shopping spree coming on!:scared1:

We bought Kiele a bunch of the JIBBITZ while we were in Disney World. They are $3.49 each plus tax. Warning: If you put them in the Disney Crocs they can fall off. Kiele lost two while eating at the Earl of Sandwich. I think it is because the Mickey holes are larger than the regular croc holes and if you cross your feet the JIBBITZ can come right out of the holes. I think the JIBBITZ would work fine in the original shoe where the hole does not include Mickey Ears.

Sorry Kiele lost the Disney ones. :(

I know on the regular Crocs they hold on very well as Walker has several on his.

Ilene - while I have both the Cricut and the Sizzix (and heck, I have a Quickutz too), I don't know that I'd go out and buy another die cut system before you really get into the hobby. I've been doing it for about 6 years now, and it took me years to accumulate everything that I have. I love my Cricut, but I like my Sizzix too. It's up to you, but I don't know that I would go on a Cricut shopping spree if I just got a Sizzix system.:confused3

Just a warning for you Ilene. Don't use the Jibbitz with the Disney crocs. Because of the extra holes for Mickey's ears, the Jibbitz tend to fall out easily.

ETA: Oops! I see this has all ready been covered!

Thanks for the jibbitz warnings everyone:thumbsup2 I was thinking of making my regular crocs more disneyish, not putting them on my already disney crocs so I think that might work.

Amy,
I know it sounds like I'm jumping into a new scrapbooking system too fast but I'm finding the sizzix a little limiting and frustrating when it comes to lettering. I have only one alphabet (from the cuttlebug actually but used on my sidekick) and it takes forever to do letters one by one. I am actually involved in another CJ right now with my yahoo doggy group and forsee many more years of scrapping grandkids etc. plus I have years of my own kids photos to scrap into albums. I think the cricut would be a nice tool to add and I'm not planning on buying a bunch of carts because the George one it comes with looks great. I'm sure I'll want a few but that's what birthdays are for :goodvibes ! Also while I have quite a few sizzix dies I don't have all that much money invested because I bought things at deep discounts and I see them serving a different function than the cricut. I just can't resist the cheap Michaels pricing. I'm just going to working an extra day at my second job to cover the cost...see I'm great at rationalizing :lmao:

says his Dr. sent him in for abdominal pain. They did a MRI and decided he should see the surgeon. At 3 am he called and said his surgery was at 4 am. The surgeon called us at 6 and said his Appendix was abcessed and the worst one he has seen in twenty years. OH YEAH, this is the son that has been complaining about pain since before Christmas and wouldnt go to a Dr. ANYWAY after I get done at the FD today Coleen and I will be headed up to see him.

Oh my goodness, Steve!! I'm glad to hear that he's ok and that he had his surgery. Pixie dust :wizard: that he recovers quickly!!!

Steve, glad to know he will be okay and wishing him a speedy recovery. :wizard: Boy, some of us sure do have high pain tolerance, eh?

Steve...glad he finally went to the doctor! We wish him the speediest of recoveries!
