2006 DVC Member Cruise - SSMC06 - October 22, 2006 Part 6

Sweet pics from the meet - I will have to check out mine sometime soon. The meet was a lot of fun - wish I could have stayed at the hotel later but I was beat - it was a great turn-out of friends - sorry I will have to miss the December/Chicago meet but I will be at WDW meeting up with some other DISers! Maybe next time!

We're home! Had a great time (though you would never know it by looking at Curt's pictures). I hope I didn't look that unhappy the whole day because I really wasn't. Guess it just shows how unphotgraphic I am.

Can't wait to see everyone when they come to Chicago. The more the merrier!

We had great weather coming home and made good time. Got here a little before 2 pm and then Mark and I headed out to do some grocery shopping. Stopped for a late lunch/early dinner on the way home and now to relax.

I plan on being in chat tonight!

We're home too --- just about 30 minutes ago or so. Gary's putting the carseats back into the van, I'm working on laundry, Cameron's doing homework and Walker has a friend over to play. So, back to "normal" around here.


We had a blast and can't wait to do it again!

Thanks for all the congrats. We're just so excited. We finally started telling people yesterday. We waited to see Squirt

again on Friday before sharing with our families and the world. Y'all were some of the first though. We've still barely told anyone.

Robin, when are you due?

We called Cameron "Sport" before he was born. Friends would ask if it was a boy and we'd say we didn't know but if it wasn't, the nickname would have to be "Sporteet".

Walker was called "Baby Sprout" until he was born.

I like Squirt too!

We got home about 11 AM from the meet. Cindy, Gary, Mary & Mark should be home shortly.

We had a really good time. Christopher is a real cutie and I sure hope they finally gave him the Mickey balloon!

Here's a couple of pictures from this weekend:

The 11 p.m. hallway shot. Amazingly, only Gail & John's neighbor opened the dor to see what on earth was happening outside in the hallway.

Deanna was still doing cartwheels down the hallway of the fourth floor and Walker was running like a child possessed (which of course he was with copious amounts of energy.) If they could only do what they did in Monster's Inc we would be saying oil WTH is that??????

But, they do eventually "konk" out!! Again, I am amazed at how well the DIS kids get along

Not I.

I thought that Ryan (Chris' son) was a little sweet on Deanna but Cameron informed me that he thinks Deanna was a bit sweet on Ryan.

Back from Detroit! I walked into our house and my back door was broken. Now we are having the police "dust" the home. They did not take any electronics except our video camera. They took Nicks money box and my jewelry box. and they ransacked our bedroom. -- There was another home kind of behind us that was broken into last night as well and they have a 100+ pound dog. UGGH. Luckily I do not have much REAL jewelry - as I am not a girly girl. Mostly it was jewelry from growing up that my parents and grand parents gave me and a few items that were from our grandparents.

Just last week I put on my mental to do list to go through the house and write everything down. GUess I am too late. They did not take any computer stuff and we have a lot. My laptop was on the sofa.

On a happier note, WE really enjoyed our evening with everyone. I will try and post later and maybe catch everyone in chat.
